Iron for pressing clothes was not provided although it is mentioned in booking paper. Washing facilities was also not available as per booking paper.

the hotel is not clean bad room service I try to call them for clean bed cover but no answer, in addition, the left is not working well you have to push many times in order to work poor breakfast no thing to eat you can’t chose they are only give one egg with five olives with little slices of cucumber and tomato with slice of cheese they don’t have milk only tea and coffee
