The girl that accommodate us was very kind and for me the positive vibes are priority. The parking was perfect and the hotel location was very good . We had a room with sea view the sunset was amazing and we loved it! The price for a hotel in Sarande was really good .. keep going and doing your best!

At informations they wrote that the breakfast is from buffet and actually they bring the food at the table. It was a nice breakfast with eggs,milk, coffee and juice but limited. Also, I think it was overestimated about the price.

Super friendly staff and nice location. It was near lots of hotels and just a short drive from the city center. We had where to park our car. The room was big and had a nice balcony with ocean view, the fridge was working properly and it was a plus, as most of the hotels we stay now don’t have it. Simple breakfast but it was enough for us.

There was no shower curtains/box, so the whole bathroom got wet during the shower. If you have noisy neighbors you might have trouble, like we did when we were awake at midnight by shouting neighbors. But that’s really not the hotel’s fault, it’s the people who doesn’t think about others.

We liked that we were close to the beach and that the bus station was nearby.

Bathroom toilet was dirty.. We found a bottle of Juice in the fridge from the previous costumer-(half empty) and also hair in bathrooom, in the fridge . One sheet was dirty. The receptionist had a strange attitude upon arrival when she asked us to pay for the stay and I explained to her that we had already paid through booking, she treated us as if we were the stupidest people in the world and we didn't understand how booking works. Very poor breakfast. dried vegetables (cut a long time ago), although there was an interval from 8-10 for breakfast, they cannot dry so quickly. very oily fried eggs, concentrated juices, unwashed grapes. apart from fruit, you didn't have anything healthy to eat for breakfast.

We booked a room of 35 sqm with balcony and see view. When we arrived the lady from the reception ( the owner) said that BOOKING 🤯 made a mistake and they have more guests ( reservations) for the same room😫. But, she said, “ no problem” , she will give us another room for only one night and than we will received the room that we booked on booking.com. The room she gave us was like on a side of the hotel, on a small corridor, with no Seaview and balcony, with missing curtains in such a way that all the people who passed on the street could see us in the room or in the bathroom. The bathroom had no shower cabin or curtain and when we made the shower all the room was full of water. Total disaster. The next day, the lady owner and all the personnel avoided us until 13.00 when, tired of waiting , asked one of the personnel when we will received our room. Than , the lady owner appeared and she said that she couldn't give us the room for two more nights. We decided to leave the hotel but than a owner ‘s husband appeared and he said that we have to pay a second night because is 13.00 and for them is another day. We stayed for the second night that we were forced to pay and in the next day we left the hotel. We do not recommend this hotel and BE CAREFUL because they tried to redraw money for my card before our arriver. Our booking was “ pay at the property” and they tried to cash in before. I didn’t understand why , because they said that they had two bookings for the same room, so….. why they tried my card?

Amazing hotel with exceptional sea views. Staff are very kind and helpful. Location is great. We really enjoyed our stay there especially the sunset views from the balcony. We highly recommend it.

Wifi was very weak in the top floor. Breakfast was the same every day with no other options and serving the drinks could be better. The apartment needs more furniture as there are no mirrors in the property apart from the one in the bathroom and there are no side lamps by the beds. The small room only has a bunk bed and nothing else. Kitchen is missing utensils for those who want to use it.
