We rented 2 apartments from Kay and both were spotless. The beds are a 7 out of 10. Please note that the guests are a little fussy. One brought his own sheets, having stayed here before, he likes cotton and the sheets are polyester. No one else minded the sheets. One guest thought a Costco Memory Foam topper would be nice as the beds are quite hard. We had 6 Businessmen/women in the 2 apartments and all enjoyed their stay. There is a breakfast spot right downstairs which is super convenient. We did not cook in the apartment one of the apartments was without a kettle, having a few British people in our group they would have liked a cup of tea. Not a big deal. We will be back. Walking distance to Convention Center.

The apartment was band in the middle of downtown Long Beach, walking distance from the Queen Mary and other restaurants, event centers etc. Kay gave very clear verbal directions about the access into the complex when we arrived. H

The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. It was perfect for a group attending a conference at the convention center. Jen communicated well with us prior to and during our stay.

Our experience wasn't good. Let me start by saying we found out after the fact that our stay was an illegal trespass because the building complex does not allow it's residents to sublet under Airbnb or VRBO or any other subletting.
This means we could have been asked to leave and would have been out of our money and a place to stay. The person who responds to all communication is not the owner and we had trouble getting answers to questions and even the address of the property. He was very late letting us in. The apartment smelled bad when we got there and the bathroom wasn't clean, there was quite a bit of hair in the bathtub and sink. Beds are very hard. We had to ask for additional towels. Nothing was provided to remove things from the oven, we had to ask for potholders. The location is very close to the pier, and the apartment is spacious. Those are pretty much the only positives. It is very loud, drag racing in the street at night, car alarms, yelling, building alarms, until about midnight every night. There are a lot of homeless in the area. There is a pet relief area outside the only entrance to building 5 where we stayed and it smelled horrid when we had to enter or exit the building. There is a nice restaurant and small convenience store in the complex. There is also a pool and fitness center, though we didn't try to use those. I would not stay here again

Everything about this property was perfect! It was close to the Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, and fun! Kenneth was amazing and when we asked if there was a baking sheet, he immediately purchased one and delivered it to us. Such wonderful hospitality! We had a party of four and the unit was spacious and clean. Thank you for making the stay so enjoyable for everyone!

This condo is perfectly placed for enjoying the entertainment and restaurants of Long Beach harbor area. The location can't be beat. Condo living room is spacious and well equipped. Small kitchen area with large fridge. Master suite has a great bath and closet area. Second bath is roomy with large tub. Security is great and the neighbors are all extremely friendly. Secure parking garage and easy to get to from the 710 freeway. This is going to be my go to place in this area from now on.
