Good location and great interior. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to comeback again.

I have stayed in M Roof every time I'm down in ipoh over 5 to 6 times already But my last stay was a bit disappointing because breakfast was bad Buffet not to standard For ipoh your Coffee omg was so very weak

Hotel need to be maintained better at thay pricing level.

Just love the room layout and spaciousness and design ! I didnt opt for breakfast as we fancy local kopitiam food (3 mins from hotel), but we had meeting in MYTH Cafe and they ar so friendly to allow us there without any minimum beverages.

The bed was comfortable . Loved that they had a dyson hairdryer in the room! Staff was friendly and efficient.

The wifi couldn't connect at all. tried several times but nothing at all. I paid extra for breakfast but it wasnt the greatest. quite the disappointment to be honest. Wasnt worth what i paid for.

actually a nice hotel, but needs to be a little refurbished

on booking it was not mentioned that the hotel is halal - so no bar with any alcohol

-the room and facilities are quite old -water pressure is so low that take me forever to finish showering -not so clean

The room decor was nice.

The hot shower finished quite fast, like after 10 mins so the next person will have to shower with cold water.

It was a big spacious room. Looking new at a strategic location. Plenty of parking space.

Bidet in the toilet was not functioning. There was no place to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom.

Parking, staff, view, location, cleanliness are good.

1-aircond - not sure why the aircond reset to 16°c air max every night. maybe i dont know how to set, but never happend before. 2-Water heater not consistent. 5mins hot, suddenly not hot. suddenly hot. Combine with the aircond, disaster. 3-the breakfast really didnt have much option. they didnt even have the milk or even creamer for coffee (but they do have it inside the room, but not at the cafe?) 4-Pool are open at 8am-7pm. People on vacation wont even have time to use the pool. atleast close it at 10pm. Might as well dont offer pool.
