Fireplace did not work. Sticky dried soda on the floor with used straw and wrapper. Microwave had a permanent out of order label affixed. Moldy food in the cabinet. Furniture is very worn, couch sagging, counter chairs nearly broken and very wobbly. Hair dryers are torn off the bathroom walls and not replaced, just leaving the holes in the wall. Our family used to go to the Chula Vista Rio Condos for spring trips and it was wonderful, but had not been there in 10 years until this past weekend. You can tell the new management company Vacasa is just taking high rent and not putting any money into maintenance and upkeep. Also, read the fine print you have to pay separate for waterpark after paying hundreds to rent this room.

The property had a convenient location.

The listing never said a waterpark pass would cost extra and it did. I tried to fight that because I didn’t find out until a week after paying. I booked three weeks before the trip so if I wanted to cancel it would cost me more than half of my rental rate. Booking.com had two employees promised me they would get me a refund and both failed to do so from the lister of the property. The waterpark cost our family of six an extra $300 for one day and we were there three days.

I liked the condo room. It was nice and clean. The room was easily accessible and spacious

The beds were spacious but not very comfortable.

The room and the hot tub .

The water kept turning off completely or it was just super cold . A lock was broken . Their was a stain on the carpet .
