The desk clerk was incredibly nice.I had my 97 year old Mother with me and ahe gave me her parking place to get her closer to the room. I was texted during the blstay to make sure the stay was going well.

Beds were comfortable. Room was decent size for a family of 4. The breakfast was terrible. We booked simply for breakfast being included but wound up eating elsewhere after the first day. The staff was super nice and the rooms were clean so that made up for the blah breakfast.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Hampton Gatlinburg. The staff was amazing and made the check-in so easy. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good also. The location was great and easy to walk to all of Gatling irg areas! My only complaint was that the doors had a space which let air & noise in and someone left their dogs on the balcony, making it very loud. Overall a great stay for the price.

Room was clean and fresh. The staff was super friendly. The hot water setting for the shower did not get hot so we took extremely quick baths to not freeze.

Our room was dirty, the shower head was old and crusty, there was hair in the sink, really needed up dating. Construction going on the parking lot, very limited parking. Mattress in our room was terrible, needs to be replaced. I could feel every spring in the mattress. The location is great, staff was nice, creek was beside our room, Ober Gatlin is next door. Probably won’t stay here again to be honest

Hotel and room under renovation. Nore expensive than most similar hotels. Never would of stayed knowing the inconvenience caused by active renovations

The hotel is located at the entrance of the town, excellent for getting to all places on foot, check-in was not good, it was wonderful! As they are remodeling the hotel, they gave us a room with a lot of smell of paint but this was not a problem, they immediately changed our room, the attention of the reception staff has no comparison, it was impeccable, there is a little noise due to the construction but with how tired you get from walking so much you don't even feel! includes full hot breakfast. I will definitely return very soon to take my mom and my family.

The room had been remodeled. Was in pristine condition but had problems. The mattress was the softest bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. It offered virtually no support. The bathroom was teeny-tiny. The single sink faucet was positioned on the corner of the bathroom cabinet. This caused water to be spread everywhere while you washed your hands, face, coffee cup, etc. A wet floor was a constant issue. THE WORST problem was the 15 inch commode. A small child would have no access problems. My 6’4” husband …no such luck. At 5’5” , my arthritic knees protested every time I sat on the commode. Why would you put such a low toilet in a motel room?

This hotel is in a great location. We could walk to the Gatlinburg trail in the Smoky Mountain park, as well as walk to the many shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I appreciated getting a text message, asking if we needed anything. It was great to communicate that way. We had a lightbulb out that I could text about and get taken care of without hassling with stopping at the desk or having to call. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was always refilling and cleaning. Traffic can get pretty congested there, so sometimes getting in and out of the lot is a challenge, but the location just can't be beat. Very close to the park entrance, so it worked out great for us, as we were there primarily to hike and see the park.

Very clean room. Staff was extremely customer friendly. I think if we had called them and asked them to turn down our beds, they would have done it! Breakfast was very good and was changed up a bit each day to make it more interesting. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

The room we were in was recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. It was very noisy at night due to the outside entrance but that is not the fault of the Hampton.

This Hotel is in the middle of renovations so it will soon be much better. Parking is limited because of this. This is our second time staying here both times in the older rooms. They are definitely in need of updating(which they are working on) but over all clean. The bed was not the most comfortable or the pillows so hopefully these things are also being updated in each room as they renovate. Great location for walking to everything on the strip. All employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Great location, you can walk to many restaurants and attractions. Rooms are clean and loved the balcony overlooking the creek.

The property was clean, convenient, and had walkable access to everything. It was a bit noisy since they were renovating. The breakfast they offered was decent and filled our needs.

The only issue was lack of parking due to the upper lot being resurfaced and the current construction taking up additional parking in the lower level. Staff and room were excellent. We stay here for the strip being right outside and they allow pets.

Nice and clean

Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous at check in and check out too!! Allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot until 1pm and we grabbed lunch and shopping!

Newly remodeled so everything was nice. Could have been cleaner as far as the floor. I paid extra for a balcony but didn’t use it.

Our stay nice, the location is great, right on the edge of the town excitement, but it was still quiet and relaxing with the creek. Very clean, pet friendly. I would refer this hotel to anyone.

Great location right on the main Parkway strip. Walkable to the main attractions and restaurants! Front desk staff woman who checked me in and out was SO friendly, I wish I caught her name to give her a shout out! It's an older hotel, rooms are a bit dated, dirty but I sort of expected that. It wasn't off putting at all. Room was cozy, beds were comfy, amenities in room were just fine and we had plenty of towels. Pool was decent size but a bit cold. Hot tub was nice. We had a balcony room facing strip, and that was nice. One of the best perks of this hotel is the breakfast!! Fruit salad, waffles with all the fixin's for toppings. Eggs and bacon, yogurts, english muffins, juices and on. We stayed at 8 hotels on this trip of ours and this hotel had the best breakfast hands down. Parking lot is small and tight, so I would suggest finding your spot and staying put, since everything is in walking distance. We had no issues with this hotel and I would recommend and come back and stay some day.

The staff were wonderful, and very helpful. But the parking was very limited due to construction /renovation on the property.

Staff contacted me about an upgrade because of problems with the room due to renovation. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I was not informed at time of booking that considerable renovations were in progress at the property. Plasterboard, dust. power cables, paint,"Hi-boy lifts", ladders, wiring and plastering just to mention a few. Plaster dust caked on entry door lock to our room. Dissapointed to say the least.

Room towel and trash service was not performed 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Excellent location for walking to Gatlinburg restaurants, attractions and shopping. Breakfast staff and front desk people were excellent.
