Excellent, very clean, asked for extras and did not hesitate about it. They brought me everything to the room.

Hallways smelled overpoweringly with marijuana. Bathtub drain was broken. Only 2 bath towels for 4 people and no bathmat so the floor was slippery and wet when coming out of the shower. Breakfast was poor and coffee was so bad that it was undrinkable.

when we told them we have a dog, changed room for 3 level a saw a pet on 1st level later. 50$ for a small pet is a bit expensive.

Perfect for the price. Short drive to the bridge to get to NYC. Continental breakfast in the morning. Room good size.

Lady at front rude gave me a hard time I was her know every time I stay 2days I ask for room service they never come and she started giving me a hard time she put the manager on and I felt like they was sticking together and all I wanted was room service I never went back won’t go back

The overnight stay at this location was fairly decent. The staff and security were very kind and welcoming. Although the shower was not clean, the overall stay was okay.

This was my first time going to NJ/NYC and didn't know what to expect! The bus stop is right outside the hotel and brings you across the bridge to subways for easy access to New York. I would recommend using this bus during the day, but Ubering back at night. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we had. The room was very clean and the staff was quick to bring up towels when we called. The only thing is that this hotel is on the side of a one-way highway and the Ubers we took at night to get back would sometimes miss the turn.

If you’re traveling to NYC i would recommend this property. By car only about a 15-20min commute to times square, very close. Right off the highway, plenty of gas stations near by - starbucks as well. Rooms were adequate, bed was a bit dented in center but not uncomfortable. Spacious. They offered a breakfast , it was all packaged foods, it would be nice to have some fresh options for those who cant eat processed foods. But not bad. I would stay again, price was fair.

Filing a formal complaint for this visit.
There were no blankets on the beds in the room. And the top two draws on the dresser were broken.
Additionally I fell ill during my stay and asked for additional time to load my vehicle.
Feeling horrible and receiving the ok for a late check-out from the front desk.
The housekeeping started banging on my door three times !!! The opened door and told them I was ill. 10 minutes later the bang again .

I wanted to cancel my booking due COVID after I made reservation through but the staff manager did not agree to it and staff delayed my cancellation so they can buy out time to charge my card. Not only Expedia site failed to cancel my booking but the hotel staff too didn't agree. Hence I got charged even without stay. Both Expedia and hotel staff blamed each other but no conclusion*. Earlier staff of hotel agreed to process refund but later disagreed. Poor staff service.

The property is in need of repair and updating. Ths room could have been cleaned better, shower barely worked and basic amenities such as towels/wash cloths were not available.

My most favorite thing about our stay was the front desk staff on Friday and Saturday night. I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but he is friendly and genuinely seems to care about providing great service. The hotel itself is nice, but it’s dated and I usually have to request a second wash cloth even though I make a reservation for 2 lol.

If there was an easier way to get back to the hotel from the NYC buses I would stay there all the time. Big figuring how to get back across route 4 is a dealbreaker.

It was my Anniversary with my loved one and I wrote that in my request when I went to book my room. I didn’t really expect anything because I didn’t pay for anything but the employees went above and beyond for me!! I received 2 champagnes with flutes and a gift basket with all kinds a goodies!!! Let me tell you it was the nicest gesture I’ve received from a hotel that was completely sold out and had many other guests to deal with!!! I would book this hotel in a heart beat next time I’m in the NY/NJ area of Fort Lee!!!
