The customer service was great. The shower did not get very hot. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotting. The breakfast was good.

One chair that was for looks only and so uncomfortable that it was virtually unusable. You either have to sit in the desk chair or go to bed. TV streaming service did not work, when I complained I had a woman and explain to do everything I was doing and it still didn’t work.

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned (bed was unmade). Receptionist came upstairs with a new room key. The 2nd room had black hair in the sink and lint on the unvaccumed floor. And the toilet was running constantly. Finally on the 3rd room, we were given a clean, properly prepared room that was consistent with IHG standards.

Overall it was a good stay but for the value of the money, it should offer more like bigger space since we booked a suite and it was all clunked together in one room. Bathroom door needs repair and paint was peeling off. Not sure how they clean the toilet but it was not properly cleaned and we had to wipe it.
Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t say for sure but the seating area looked nice and clean.

Hotel was very clean and staff is friendly. I hate arriving to a hotel unsure of what I’m booking and always worried about if it’s going to be clean or not and this place was definitely very clean and well taken care of. We stayed for one night visiting family in the area but it would also be fine for an extended trip.

This is an outrageously clean hotel. Free breakfast, comfy beds and pillows and right next to the ramp to I-95. Highly recommend!

I usually stay at Hyatt's, but was on a bit of a budget and the Holiday Inn was close to where I needed to be. The facilities were clean and well kept, the location for commuting about was great, and the parking was ample. Heck, even the breakfast was better than I expected. The best part of my stay was the service, from the folks at check in to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly, smiling, kind and helpful.

Excellent Hotel !!! Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good lots of choices. Fresh muffins , pancakes , bacon and eggs. I will definitely stay here again !

The hotel itself was fine, but a nasty spider crawled onto the night stand just as we were getting ready to sleep. It would also be nice if there were enough towels in the room for each of us before we arrive, as I already noted how many were in the party.

The hotel is lovely, very clean and with excellent bathroom necessities and amenities. Complete breakfast room and lounge. Front desk people are friendly and competent. And it's right off of I-95, making it easy to get to.

On the affordable side compared to other hotels in the area so I wasn't expecting much, but the rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Included breakfast was very good. The lounge area near the desk was cozy. I will definitely check for a Holiday Inn Express the next time I travel if they're all like this.
