The location is very ugly and dirty a lot of homeless people. Not a location to bring family. There was no trash cans in room and shower not cleaned very well. Over all I would not stay again.

The property was overpriced and is dirty all around. The service desk assistant was friendly, however our room was non-smoking and the smoke smell was overwhelming. The restrooms have mold and was very dirty. The room was very dirty, floor dirty, there was a trash bag left behind. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable. We will not be staying here again.

the room wasnt even clean. Looks like someone spilled something on BOTH sides of the bed and it was still there. Trash under the bed. Roaches. Dust everywhere. Hair everywhere especially in the towels. I would never go back here

Terrible experience in this place. The service, breakfast, cleaness, quietness were all in the worst grade. Did not satisfy with it therefore request a early checkout, however never got an answer about it. Stay there for three nights but were forced to pay 7 nights( as I reserved), just like been robbed away my dollars...

It was very weird and unsafe to stay at this property. The front desk was provided which was full of flies, he gave another room when we complained and there was flies in second room as well. The property is very unsafe and full of homeless people wander around the property. We saw a guy carrying gun early morning. I was also watching from my window that one weird homeless guy was touching the cars in the property. I tried to call front desk from the landline but nobody picked the call. I would not recommend to stay at this property for just to save some dollars. It might risk your life and your belongings and car.

Wiring for the hotel needs to be looked at buy other than that it was good

There were some great upgrades, but the tub & surround were moldy, hair and dirt all over bathroom floor. Main hardwood floor was tacky, and unclean. Staff checked me in while talking in another language to someone on speaker on their cell phone THE WHOLE TIME. I asked a simple question of how much deposit was being charged, but he never did tell me. Absolutely terrible. Bed was clean, thank God.

The room was clean. Old but clean. People next door was hitting the walls. Smells Marijuana when you walk around. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality.

The motel was filthy! The room was horrible! The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor so when you sat on it you felt like you were going to fall off, the seat was broken. The beds made loud horrible noises when you got in it or moved. There were homeless people all over the place! I will never stay there again!!! It didn’t look anything like your website said it was.

I got to the hotel probably around 4 or after and they still did not have rooms ready. I didn't even have towels in my room just a few smaller cloths. When I asked they forgot to bring towels to my room then acted like it was an inconvenience for them to go get me towels. The room and sheets were dirty. The "breakfast" was a waffle machine and some yogurt and not even butter or syrup to go with it. DO NOT STAY HERE

Staff was great but the property location, and general conditions are deplorable.

There was mold at the bathroom curtains, and bathtub, they only provided one dirty Towel for - 2 queen size bedroom, not only that the only towel was dirty but even afters asking for an extra one, and the front desk saying “ I’ll see what I can do, they never gave us another towel for a 2 days stay, worst Hotel ever, I would have never thought I could be book a place like it through Expedia ! ? Before it I though anything with them would assure certain level of quality, totally dissapointed.

It's an older establishment and is possibly being renovated, at least the lobby is, but the rest of the facility is in need of attention. The room was clean but did not have a coffee maker nor were there any kind of cups, also the room lacked a waste basket, and too a proper sized towel would have been nice. Not big deals but inconvenient.

awful. zero hygiene, beyond poor service. we were two people and they gave us one towel and said they were out of towels. bathroom toilet didn’t work. breakfast area was disgustingly dirty and not cleaned for days.

Broken glass and disregarded stolen items (baby carrier) throughout parking lot from break ins. Excessive partying in parking lot with bottles and dirty laundry scattered about. Toilet was loose and would run when sat on. Bathroom smelled of water damage. Shower broke and wouldn’t turn off. Plumber fixed and switched polarity so hot was cold and cold was hot. Towels were all dirty after plumber and not replaced. Pretty sure we saw prostitutes and pomp’s lurking. The bed was ok. TV didn’t work but fixed. Staff doesn’t answer phone. Stay at your own risk.

Certain amenities not working and very unsafe area

I felt unsafe all the time , very bad service , no room service, was not able to watch, tv dirty and they gave me a room with cockroaches, for the money I paid was the worst experience staying at a hotel!they should give me my money back

Prices were kacked up for the US Grand Prix. Paid $150 for about a $50 room. Dirty, scetchy, no breakfast, light bulbs out, nothing at the facility worked. Real black eye to an otherwise fun vacation.

Upon checking in I needed to use the restroom, no restroom in main lobby. I had ordered a room with two queens, get to room , one king. They move us to another room with with queens, but no shower curtain. Asked for shower curtain, never came. Moved to another room yet again. The property seems to be in a very industrial location. Many transients, and overall suspicious looking people around. The last night of our stay some guy O.D.'s in front of our room door. I don't feel safe and this property.

The room didnt smell like it had been cleaned, the pillows were uncomfortable and then seeing roaches in the bathroom. We got out of there.

The check in staff was friendly. However, the rest of the stay was horrible. We stayed at the hotel because we had a very early flight the next morning and needed to be at the airport by 4:30 AM. I wish we would've stayed home and made the early drove. The room had a terribly musty smell. Linens, including bedding were stained and/or soiled. The walls were dirty, had graffiti and chunks of food. The tub in the bathroom was heavily stained. There was also quite a bit of dirt. The dirtiness of the tub/shower didn't matter because there was no shower curtain or plug for the tub. I had to leave the next day with no shower. Throughout the night, housekeeping was cleaning the rooms nearest to us. Their cleaning carts woke us several times between 10 PM and 1 AM. To top it all off, there was a bin and his dog sitting outside of door when we came out at 4. We went to the front lobby to check out and leave input on our stay. However, there was a sign that stated they were open but the lobby was closed and left a number to call for assistance. I called and could see the office personnel from the door. I let the phone ring for several minutes and knocked on the door but the personnel refused to acknowledge me. I own shares in Wyndam time share and am embarrassed they use the Wyndam name in conjunction with this hotel.

The shower curtain was covered in black mold, the toilet seat was not attached, the bathtub floor was mushy, the sheets were dirty the floor was filthy. Any movement on the bed sounded like a barrel being crushed

Absolute nothing .terrible odor.the complex look abandoned..this property atract homeless ...this property is the ugly duck' for the company...this is the worst hotel that i never see before...that's why, I left when I enter..strong odor/toxic....the all property is a ruin /homeless area activity and I recommended close this establishment..I know more than 200 hotels..and this is something from other world or for ilegal alliens.

It was not good. Tv didn’t work. Couldn’t use the pillows because the pillow cases looked like they had blood on them. Someone came banging on my door at 130 in the morning. So my experience was not good at all! Very disappointed that your company would support this hotel!

The room did not look the way it did in pictures. Half of the lights did not work. I had flys in my restroom buzzing around. As soon as I got in the room I got back in my car and drove to the front and checked out. It was most definitely giving crack head vibes and I could not stay in those conditions. I couldn’t get a refund so I lost $120
