I would say not so good. We never had a room key during our stay and had to rely on staff to let us in our room when we wanted to return. This defeats the purpose of having a hotel room and felt more like a dormitory. This is an issue you think would be priority to fix but we stayed for two days and never had a correction to the issue or anything offered in return for the inconvenience. This was our place to stay when visiting family in the area but think we will be moving on after this experience.

I reserve 3 rooms for my family one off the rooms so nasty lot of trash smells ugly. No notification about pool close ( kids love to visit just for pull) please make sure all your guests feel comfortable!

Breakfast was 12.95 on your sight It said 7 something every other hotel usually have free breakfast no business center and no service from the maid gentleman at front desk were very good when we walked in the place smelt like fish really bad down stairs

It was a quiet and chill vibe.The staff was always friendly! The rooms are dated. Time to update the place, perhaps.

Good location near food

The staff was friendly but the facility is in a very unwalkable location. It’s surrounded by large parking lots and they have potholes, no sidewalks and limited lighting. The facility itself is very average. The breakfast which we purchased twice was not great. Food wasn’t hot and even the dinning room was cold.

Reception staff were friendly.

Staff at as great but we had a clogged shower that we had to deal with and when we asked to change rooms the staff member inquired about our sleeping arrangements (queer couple w a king) and then tried to move us to two queens. It felt like a something that would not have happened if we were a heterosexual couple and it made us uncomfortable when he asked if we were sharing a bed. Very friendly guy and I know he meant nothing by it but it really disappointed me.

Convenient location for our trip to Foxborough for the New England Revolution soccer game, then we went to Salem Mass for Halloween.

The tubs didnt drain water well at all ! Water sat in the tub for hours before draining. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay

Property is a little dated, otherwise good hotel. I would recommend.

Outdated hotel not up to the expected quality for the brand. Someone had clearly smoked in my room in the past and the internet wasn't functional enough to be able to do any work in my room.

The greeting was inexistant. A man leaning on the counter barely moved to look ar us.

Check in was quick but ineffective. Both keys we were given didn’t work. The room was not what we requested. Instead of a premium corner double, we got the first room of the desk (noisy), one king bed. The front desk concierge was neither friendly or helpful.

Stayed for a week for a work trip: if you can choose any other hotel for around the same price just do it. Gym was filthy, front door staff had friends and family hanging out with them at all times and could care less about the guests. My door didn’t lock all the way, no one came to fix and on the weekends this hotel turns into a place for people to party. As a solo female traveler on work trips I did not feel safe here.

Very comfortable bed

Bath towels were missing on the second night. When asked the staff she was eating and brought me the towels without WASHING her hands and the towels thrown over her shoulder!

It was fine

Room was modern, clean and bed and bedding very comfortable. Nice amenities, tv and fridge. Would stay here again.

Hotel is fairly gross. Garbage strewn in hallways. Common space garbage pails were over flowing. Pool is broken. Room wasn’t cleaned or restocked during 3 day stay despite reminding the front desk several times. Asked to have a manager call me. Still awaiting that conversation. Calling credit card company to dispute

A decent property to spend the night in.

Absolutely disgusting. Carpet was sticky to walk on with red stains (blood?). The bathroom had some weird black mold growing m in the corner and the paint was peeling up from the tub. Entry way to the hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke and the little pantry with snacks looked like it hadn’t been restocked in days. I arrived there after 3 weeks in Africa and by far the most disgusting place I’ve stayed. Unfortunately I was so jet lagged and there were no other rooms in the hotel. When I told the front desk person the next morning that the room was uninhabitable - and showed her pictures- she clearly didn’t care at all. She jotted on a piece of paper to her manager my name with a note “complained about cleanliness”. Awful expletive all around!!

Very convenient location, The pool wasn't open

Water pressure was low in the bath as well as the shower head was loose and pointed down. The tub is way to small for a larger person. Overall, looked like low upkeep of the property

When making the reservations for the property we came with the intention of swimming because of summertime upon arrival we was informed that the pool was closed and wouldn't open till after we left to top it off after we was told that the pool was closed we was not giving any refund remedy or any suggestion of a cure or where it was pools close then they told us we couldn't get breakfast
