Staff was very helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Loved the shower and water pressure.
Size of room was small. There was no microwave and I had to call for sheets for the pullout couch. Which was also small. Only 2 towels when I had 3 guests. Furniture was very outdated.

Just grabbed a coffee each day and hit the road!
Asked to have the room made up each day at check in but it was only attended to once in 3 days. This means I ran out of things like coffee etc.

The staff was courteous and helpful, attentive to any of my concerns. I am especially appreciative of the help from Ms. Gonzalez, who ensured my comfort and helped me to have a great family vacation experience.
Booking.com did not inform us of all of the issues we encountered. The biggest issue was the closed whirlpool. Advertisement is misleading in pictures.
