The quality was fine for the price. However, there was a pubic hair on the "clean" folded towel in the bathroom. Pretty disgusting.

We didn’t have access to a phone from the room. We emptied our trash ourselves and had to retrieve clean towels ourselves. Twice we gad to go to front desk because our key cards did not work. Breakfast was cold cereal oatmeal packets and apples. Bread was laid out on counter and some was in a container. Not a pleasant stay. They really need to clean up the place and provide service as a hotel/motel should.

Days Inn Auburn. The bathtubs had no slip resistance. It appeared it USED to be there, but wore off. Bought a mat that I took back with me.They had signs saying, "Use the hand rails." What hand rails? You had to REQUEST service, but there were ways around that. As there was someone at the desk 24/7, you could trade out used towels and get fresh. Also trash bags, and there was a place to dump full bags. Our room stank, though we got used to it. Also, our mini fridge froze our leftovers. The adjuster inside had lost its knob. The pillows didn't do our necks any favors. I will be retuning to the Seattle area, but NOT to that Days Inn.

I read reviews saying some rooms need renovations still. I got one of those old rooms where it was outdated for sure. When I showered the water still kept coming out of the faucet and not giving full pressure to shower head. Shower head needs a replacement too because that had harsh water marks and just terrible pressure. I have short hair and it still seemed to barely get the soap out. Beds were okay, weren’t sagging which was good. Just hard to lay on the side when pillows aren’t great. I think I had a few hairs in my fridge, housekeeping needs improvement. The heater worked good, but is veryyy old and full of grime and crumbs. Housekeeping should vacuum them more often and use windex on the glass table so it doesn’t leave a weird film on it. It is by an airport so I heard a plane take off around 8:30. I was already awake but trying to sleep in that would be a wake up call.

Customer service

I prefer to speak to someone at the front desk I can understand. I really struggled with the fella at the desk, although polite and professional, tough to make out what he was saying. I had to walk back to the front desk as his 's' was shaped as an '8' for the wifi password. Big deal? No. Otherwise, the bed was more comfortable than expected and the whole place was pleasantly quiet all evening.

Every room stank like filth

Checked into room that was so dirty. The bed was made but the sheets were covered by n cigarette burns. In a hotel that says it’s non smoking. Why would cleaning staff not throw a sheet like that out? The rest of the room was Grimm and dirty. I asked for a room change and second room was better.

Unethical thieves! I booked 2 queen beds through Expedia and the hotel refused to give us the room. They said that Expedia didn’t give them enough money so I’m out of luck and they will only give us one bed. There were 3 of us. When I showed them the reservation on Expedia for 2 queens their word were “you use a third party to book you will book a headache.” They refused to refund the money and refused to give us the room that was reserved. We had to leave and go elsewhere to find a room at 9:00 at night after driving 8 hours.

This should not be open to the public, the rooms and property are filthy. The desk person said they were renovating room by room which will probably never happen. I would never stay here again or tell anyone else about this place, disgraceful.

It was old and tv channels didn’t work at all. Only two towel in room, no soap to wash hands. The beds were clean & comfortable and coffee was good.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Hair still in the bathtub. Did not feel clean in that room at all.

Assessible room was not to assessible. Did not clean rooms while there. Had to ask for towels each day we were there.

good location and price for what we needed. Older hotel so nothing special. Free wifi, comfortable beds, in room coffee and toiletries. Check in/out was efficient and front desk staff were available to answer questions and get extra supplies.

If you like hearing small planes and helicopters from 8:00am to 8:00pm you will love it!! Small practice airport right next to hotel.

Although the GM (Singh) is probably one of the best customer service persons I have ever met the property itself is horrible. Do not stay on the airport side unless you want to be buzzed by aircraft constantly. My room was very outdated, worn. Broken glass window that was taped to keep it from totally breaking, the mini fridge was still full of food/drink, the toilet was clogged and could not be fixed so had to transfer rooms. But, you get what you pay for and this is the cheapest in the area.

i was there 3 days/2 nights. I told the front desk 3 times that the toilet didn’t flush and the sink didn’t drain. They sent someone over the second time I said something, and the toilet still didn’t flush after the guy left, but he did fix the sink. The people were kind, but the accommodations were less than standard.

I expected a basic hotel, nothing fancy, but this one is old and nothing looks to have ever been updated. The room was in poor condition. I wouldn’t touch the old rusted heater controls, the stained chair, or the blanket with cigarette holes. This was a non smoking room. The mattress was ok and the sheets were clean, so maybe more about being old and less about poor cleaning. Staff was friendly. When we pulled into the parking lot music was blasting from the casinos outdoor lounge area right next door. The live band was ok and we went over to enjoy it. May have been difficult to sleep on that side of the hotel. I will never consider staying here again.

Perfect place near to the International Airport decent size room

Room needed a good cleaning, bathtub/shower needed to be replaced and the tile! The refrigerator’s handel was partially off and you continental breakfast was an apple and yogurt in a paper bag!! Would never stay here again!!!

Do not stay at this property. It started with my request on the reservation, for a ground floor with king bed, not being held. Then shown a "non smoking room" with a queen, that smelled like an ashtray. We settled on another room with a queen. After a night of people partying outside our door until 2, and hearing someone walking around in the room above us, I woke up with a terrible asthma attack. Went to get the included "breakfast", was handed two lunch bags that had an apple and a yogurt. The manager was rude when I complained, the rooms are a health hazzard, and the place is noisy. Do not stay here.

Checked in, given room on second floor, i’m handicapped no elevator, front desk said could have ground level for extra cost.

These scumbags wanted to change me $25 because I tried to check in 15 minutes before 3 pm I will never stay at this crappie hotel again

Cons: #1 Shady part of town, a lot of transients in hotel #2 Small airport next door, a helicopter startled us at 7am flying right outside our window (and I mean right outside our window) #3 Breakfast was a yogurt and an apple in a take away bag #4 No pool as advertised #5 Booked a double but they were overbooked, so got a single. Half of the family slept on the floor #6 Ice machine was out of order #7 Room was was dingy and not well maintained. Pros #1 The positive thing is we all had hot showers

Swimming pool was concreted in. Continental breakfast was a white bag with apple and yogurt. Called a grab and go by manager. We had homeless people hovering around property. I guess i didnt do my research well enough. The web site was way off!

I loved the place was super close to emerald downs. And right next to it was a casino that had a live band that was amazing! I didn’t feel unsafe but… my guess is probably some crime may go on. Room was clean and bed comfortable and fridge too. I would stay again.
