Quite clean and good customer service

It was right next to a main road off the freeway so constant traffic noise not to mention the over priced taco time next it the hotel. I would of checked out and went someplace else but I paid for it before hand next time I'll do my research before hand.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the last two years. The area is much rougher than our first visit. We were given a room on the first floor at the very end of the building so that is where we parked. The next morning we woke up to our vehicle missing its catalytic converter. We spoke with the morning staff and were informed that the pm staff had access to the cameras and would assist us. When we returned that evening the pm staff was rude and basically called us liars to our face. She accused us of not having a catalytic converter on our vehicle when we checked in and then had the gall to question why we parked in the rear parking lot to begin with. If the staff is aware that it’s a shady area and parking in the rear of the motel is unsafe then why wouldn’t they let us know upon check-in or better yet do something about it. I would not recommend this property to anyone and it makes me question if I should continue to use Red Lion Properties in other cities.

I told the gals at the desk that when you flush the toilet in our room it sounded like is was about ready to explode. On you must have been in room 216. They knew this and still put people in the room.

The property was clean.

I liked everything.

As soon as i slept in my bed, i developed severe rash all over my body. I had to take a cold shower and take benadryl in order it for to subside. The rooms are not deep cleaned nor are the sheets changed.

Check-in was easy-peasy. Ready for me when I stepped up to the counter. Friendly staff.

It was quite convenient for Maple Valley. The room was fine & clean, though I would recommend no carpet in rooms that allow dogs! Luckily our dog is well-behaved, & doesn't bark Altogether, it was a good experience with helpful front desk staff.

We stayed only 2 nights, but enjoyed our stay.

Staff are excellent

Great hotel for a business stay. Matress was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was just enough. I would stay here again.

Pros- The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Cons- We had booked a king bed and paid for it through expedia. When we got there we were told they had overbooked and only had a double queen room available (very small queens more like doubles) But would not refund any money because the staff said.. oh they are the same price. On their website they are not. Dissapointed since we had already paid and they should not have gave away our room. Would stay again but would insist we get the room we paid for.

Clean property, nice breakfast

A few transients in the motel making it uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, the room was comfortable. Shower needs a rubber mat for safety.

Systems were down at check in so that took a bit. The staff were nice. Tiniest bathroom. But overall clean and was ok for one night.

Total Package was exceptional

Nicely renovated hotel. Great breakfast! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Our room smelled when we walked in. The air conditioner didn't work. Signs of wear and tear on the bathroom door.

The property was clean, the breakfast had decient options and the food was hot. The only thing I found slightly annoying was the staff. They had 2 or 3 people working the front desk the few times I went down there and they would just ignore you and after stadning there for more than 5minutes they would than ask what you needed
