We came to ski and stayed just one night. The room was comfortable and the ski bus picked us up just outside the parking lot. The Inn allowed us to park in the morning and catch the bus even though it was too early to check in.

Very nice staff. Seems like they rent rooms to workers. No daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast was tasteless…and stale. I wouldn’t stay here again. Common areas old fashioned.

There was a challenge checking in. We had reserved a 2 Queen Bed room and the only room left was a King room. We ended up working it out with another guest who was checking in... then we were move to a different room the next day. The queen room on the first night was quite small. Front desk staff tried to make it work but it was hard for them, the problem seemed to be in communication from Hotels.com to them regarding the room type.

It was clean old and a bit outdated but clean, I just wish that the blackout curtains actually closed they were screwed into the ceiling and I couldn't slide them closed and I felt like people could see through my window

convenient, relatively low cost place in Steamboat. On the bus line. On a bike trail. Only issue we had was the snowmobile trailers that made it difficult to access the open parking spaces.

The Quality Inn and Suites brand has been slipping and this hotel stay was proof. The door lock was broken, like actually broken, the room door didn't latch or lock. The solution by the front desk agent was to "just to take your bags with you when you leave the room" as this "happens often". So we ended up locking our items in the car. Also, the advertised pet rate for one dog is $25, but we were told it was $45 in person. The staff couldn't care less about being a Diamond choice rewards member.

We have stayed at a few different hotels in Steamboat. The Quality in was a very good value for the price. Breakfast was Biscuits and gravy scrambled eggs and sausage along with beverages and other breakfast items. I would recommend the Quality In if your looking for an inexpensive place to stay.

Staff friendly but property is very dated, pool/hot tube looked like a film of something on the surface. Probably was nice hotel 30yrs ago. Needs updating for sure.

Staff was friendly. Room is definitely fine (although funny that there is the same picture on multiple walls. :) It was clean and well made up. Room walls are thin and people above us had TV on at 5 a.m. - there was no way to avoid hearing it at all. Breakfast was decent but coffee was awful - one of those machines that you can make a cup of instant that was mild, med, or dark. That is one significant change I would make in services offered! Overall fine place to stay for a night or two to access Steamboat.

Room was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so if you're on the second floor you have to use stairs. There is very little parking with tons of huge construction trucks, dump trucks and semi's. I would stay here again.

A lot of construction workers staying at the hotel. TV next room started blasting at 4am and off at 5am which tells me that construction worker left to go to work. Morning breakfast- pancake/waffle machine empty, no forks, one last bagel available and it had mold on it.

Great stay! This was my second time here and they are very accomodating and friendly. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I do travel with my service dog and was appreciative having the door that opened up to the bike path for when I took him out. 5 stars! :)

We were in Steamboat to DJ for a wedding at a venue that was 24 minutes away. They let us check in a little early so we could change and freshen up before heading out for the rest of the afternoon and evening. The room was comfortable and clean!

Made it clear online that we were handicapped and had to have a room on the first floor if there was no elevator. Then I followed through with a phone call and gave them my reservation and let them know that we would cancel if we weren’t guaranteed a room on the first floor because we are handicapped, when we got there, there was no available room on the first floor.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. The person who checked us in was not at all friendly. We had a couple of teenage girls that waited in the car while we checked in and when we asked for an extra access card for them she acted like we were trying to sneak people in. We asked to check out an hour late and they were going to charge us $20.00. The bathroom smelled and a big dent in the bathtub had been spackled over. THe beds were comfortable and the grounds are nicely kept. I would have given it a much better rating except for the way the staff acted and the ridiculous late checkout charge.

Your pet friendly policy doesn’t take into account pet owners who own poorly trained animals. We could hear dogs scratching at their room door while barking. Our two night stay amounted to 800.00 for which we never even had a housekeeper even enter our room. Had to ask the front desk for towels and Kleenex. Won’t be back!

It was walking distance from our volleyball tournament and had breakfast. We were just bummed the hot tub wasn't working, but overall it was great.

Booked suite room. Lights burnt out in kitchen, hallway. No paper towels in kitchen. Suite is directly above hotel kitchen and dining area, lots of noise downstairs at 0400. Road crew had large semis in lot, started trucks around 0600, directly below bedroom window.

The room, staff and property were all great. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. Nice breakfast. The only issue was a VERY barky dog a few rooms down. It barked for a few hours in the evening when I was trying sleep in between my split shift. Then it barked for hours starting around 6 am. This of course wasn't anything the hotel did, just really made it rough to sleep which was the entire reason for getting a room.

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We only stayed over night, but check in was quick and easy, check out was the same. The hotel was just outside of town, but the views were beautiful and it literally took 2 min to get into town.

Walking trail near stream, comfortable mattress and bedding. Breakfast needs improvement: no orange juice , eggs should be scrambled , not hard boiled chunks, should be biscuits ,not muffins and gravy.
