I’m enjoying my stay

My overall stay was very nice. The area around the hotel could use more lighting but other than that, overal it was a nice stay. I will say the front staff were amazing and very nice.

Nonsmoking room still smelled of smoke. The floors looked as if they weren’t swept after the last guest. The sink had what looked like dried comet caked around the edges inside. My expectations were much higher for the price. At least the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, the bedsheets were clean, and I felt safe.

Roaches everywhere

This was a nice place for a lay over. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a strange smell like mashed potatoes in the hall, but the room was clean. We were on the non smoking floor, but there was a hint of cigarette smoke. Overall, it was a decent hotel and I would stay again.

The room was clean and the clerk at the front desk was responsive when the first room sleeper sofa would not work. We were given another room and this one the sofa bed worked but no bed linens. The clerk brought us clean linens at 1:00 in the morning. There was a smell in the room but overall it was clean.

Very dated and dingy. I felt unsafe staying in this hotel. Would not recommend.

Sofa sleeper was broken. Two employees tried to fix. Thought we could use it but during the night found out it was beyond use. Room should never had 4 people booked in it.

Unique lobby in the sense when you pull up outside it’s subtle and you may pass by it at first like I did. The room was basic and clean but if you need a full kitchen it’s a good stay.

Staff wasn’t friendly checking in or out. Trash all over parking lot.

The thing I liked about this property is that the some of the staff were friendly, Walmart close by, and close to event we were there for. Other than that, I will never stay here again. First thing, we were called COLORED by another guest. I took care of that. Breakfast was the same muffins and instant oatmeal every single day. The coffee had an after taste. The paper goods were not individually wrapped. When we checked in, the clerk said there is a full kitchen, but would be put us on a list to get the kitchen cookware. We NEVER received them. The toilet paper was very thin, and rough. The hotel actually ran out, and we had to buy our own! The procedures to receive fresh towels, linens, and housekeeping service was not up to par. We had to strip the bed, collect the dirty towels, and take them to the front desk. If clean linen and towels were available, we would be given us fresh ones to make the bed ourselves. Not to mention the bed sleeps horribly. My back was hurting after night one. And the bed was a full, not a queen. While on our stay, we were under a tornado warning. There was NO organized planned for staff or guest to shelter in place. We received an alert on our phones to take cover. I called the front desk to ask what was protocol. I was told once we heard sirens, then we come downstairs. Once we heard the siren, we went down. There was literally only 4 guests, including us, and the front desk clerk there. I will never stay again.

Clean appearance on the outside , need a little more light. Staff was very nice. Room very nice and clean. Would recommend and stay again. Very close to other hotels, and restaurant, shopping.

THE PRICE OF THE ROOM, THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILTY, THE HELPFULNESS OF THE STAFF AND THE CENTRALIZED LOCATION WERE ALL GREAT. OUR ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT SOMEONE HAD BROKEN THE SLEEPER SOFA AND WE WERE UNABLE TO PUT IT BACK IN ONCE IT WAS OUT. WILL DEFINITELY KEEP THIS PLACE IN MIND THE NEXT TIME WE TRAVEL!

I do understand that you get what you pay for but the room smelled of mildrew and smoke. The only reason we didn't change rooms is because they were booked up.

My stay was good. I would stay again. Only thing was, it smelt like smoke. I talked with the receptionist about it and everything was ok. Just wanted to make sure I didn’t get charge for someone else issue. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Sheets hadn’t been changed and were dirty. Very low water pressure in the shower.

It was nice good space and comfortable bed. The only setback was that do to me having a broken foot it was a downside that they don't have an elevator and there are no ice machines.

Overall for the $75 it’s not a bad place to stay, tha rooms are spacious and for the most part pretty clean. Bathroom was pretty small in comparison to the rest of the room, and the bed (queen) seemed kinda small too. But again the price is right. I was put in 112, this must’ve been the smoking floor because the cigarette smell and the funny weed overwhelmed me as I walked into the hallway but not so bad as I entered my room. In a pinch and the money’s tight I’d probably stay there again.

Would not recommend this property. My reservation was for three people. No bed linens for the sofa bed. Had to ask three times and use an upset tone to get them. This is after I volunteered to wait for the linens at the front desk. Found socks of what I could assume was from previous guests. Did not trust the cleanliness of the room. This was NOT a pleasant stay.

Dirty room in poor conditions. Kitchen fully empty. Sheets smelled badly.

The people at the front desk were nice. The property was clean and quiet. Our room was clean and nice and everything worked.

Didn’t like the bfast need hot breakfast...........
