Elevator not working by our room. No instructions on location to breakfast-no signage. Hotel being remodeled. We were placed in the old wing. Carpet was filthy in the hallway and a hole was in the hallway wall(looking like a mechanical would be placed there. Once inside the room it was clean and quiet.

It took 15 minutes to get lukewarm water in the shower. The new part is nice but the elevator wasn't working and we had to go outside to go back in the old part to access the lobby.

Both elevators broken so had to climb stairs five floors. People helping were nice but this hotel is a dump. Had to wait too long at the front desk. No TP in room. Keys didn’t work multiple times so had to go back to the desk and get rekeyed.

There was construction going on and the parking lot was full of storage containers. There was nowhere to park and no instructions on what to do about this. The curtains don’t cover the window and there are bright lights all around the outside, so the room was very bright. There was a weird smell in all of the hallways and the elevator was not clean. One elevator was out of order so access to the upper floors was difficult.

The room was clean, the bathroom had long black hairs in several different places, i have shirt brown hair, so it was not mine. The mattress was very hard but the pillows were nice & soft. They are doing renovations. The first elevator did not work at all so you have to walk all the way to the back elevator & then walk to your room. That was inconvenient.

Most of the Hotel was under construction. But the floor we stayed on was redone and nice. But the main issue was that the shower had NO hot water. I am not saying the shower was warm. What I am saying is the shower and the bathroom sink had only cold water. Let it run for 15mins. No hot water.

The check in was a little upsetting. I had booked an accessible bathroom. There were NONE. With 3 joint replacements and needing a fourth, I cannot get off a low toilet. The young man checking in was a savior. He said since they could not provided what I booked, he would give me a suite, the suite bathrooms were equipped with higher toilets. The room worked great. There was a bar on the shower door and the solid counter made it possible for my use.

We stayed in room 434. It looked new renovation which was nice. But there was no sheets on the hide away bed and I went to the front desk to ask about some and got told I was over looking the sheets. We searched the entire room multiple times and found no sheets. Went to the front desk a second time and was basically told to deal with what I had. The next morning we got up ready to shower but surprised to find we had no hot water. After letting the water run for a half hour and still no hot water we checked out and took our business elsewhere.

The hotel and everything was very nice but with it being pet friendly, my allergies were all over the place.

Check in was great. Room clean except for under sink. Beds comfortable. We had an older room that had peeling paint, stains on carpet, door and a wall were filthy, and the sink stopper did not close. Also no hot water.

Booked this hotel for a competition in Birmingham. The staff was RUDE! The hallways were filthy our room had holes in the wall a broken glass on picture a hole in the bathtub and toilet seat that looked like had come out of dumpster. The door wouldn’t lock and the bathroom shutter doors wouldn’t stay closed. Hotel held $100 for incidentals and when I checked out and ask when my money would be put back the front desk person laughed and said 3-5 business days. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was dirty (dusty) and the water wouldn’t get hot enough to take a decent shower. I guess the hotel was “under renovations” on the 3rd floor but it looked like it was a scene out of a horror movie. Prob should have warned us before we got off the elevator. Never again

I booked the room for the hot water.
The clerk with the extremely long yellow nails lied to me. There was no hot water. The bed was broken. & the dog next door would not stop barking. I was highly disappointed.

The hot water didn't work in sink took 15-20 min to get hot water in tub. Heat adjustment didn't work right. Couldn't watch TV because volume control didn't work and was turned up loud. When We spoke to manager about compensation for these issues they said because we booked on line they couldn't do any discounts that we had to tell y'all. Thank you for any help.

I have no problem when a hotel is renovating. But this hotel gave no effort to clean up, vacuum, or even put away old supplies or debris from rooms they were renovating.
Dust was everywhere. Debris in hallways.
There was no effort to clean the hotel in general and certainly not from the renovation taking place.
At one point during our stay the water was completely off and not working. Hotel staff acted as if this wasn’t an issue and told us they “think it will be on in an hour or so.”
On top of that it was obvious that either hotel employees or renovation team members were smoking weed in the hotel because it smelled like weed much of the time.
I will not stay here again and I don’t recommend.

The room itself was nice spacious and clean. We got in late so basically went right to bed. The next day was awful, there was no hot water, the water was turned off for 3hrs in the middle of the day without notice causing us to be unable to shower nor use the restroom unless we went elsewhere. The elevators didn't work and our room was on the 4th floor. I wasn't aware that this hotel was under construction until I arrived. To top it off my daughter's were going down stairs in the elevator after it was supposedly fixed, when they got to the lower level floor the doors didn't open...my girls were in tears!!! After pressing the open button multiple times the door opened. I will not consider this hotel ever again.

Did no like having to go through a very messy and dirty work/construction zone. The only elevator working took me through it. Breakfast could have used more protein items. And the plastic cutlery was of the cheapest/flimsiest I’ve had the mispleasure of using. I ended up just tearing up my waffle. Get what you pay for.
