It was a great stay. I always come back because of the great staff and service. Stay usually a couple times a year. Great healthy breakfast too!! Very clean rooms, attentive staff at breakfast room. Highly recommend!

They overbooked the hotel between all the basketball families for the tournament and worse of all linemen who had been restoring maines power for days. They gave keys to people who then went to their rooms and when they opened the door, there were other people inside. The bathroom in my room was dirty. I was there 2 nights and had to get 6 keys because after a few uses they wouldnt work anymore.

I was told that I didn't have a reservation. This was a Christmas gift I got for my granddaughter back in November. Expedia states I didn't pay at the time of the booking but I did. It was not a pleasant interaction

The property was not cleaned. Dustballs all over the floors, stains on the towels and a slightly greasy film on the furniture. Would not recommend.

We stayed only one night because we went to a concert near by. We didn’t spend much time there. The bed was super hard, and my back was killing me the next morning. The breakfast was good and hot. The hotel itself is a little outdated but it was a good price for just to sleep there.

Very comfortable and clean room. You could smell the clean when you entered the room. The bed couldve been better, quite firm mattress. Prefer a softer bed. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Great choices abd everything was hot. Would stay again!

Centrally located to everything around Hampton. Numerous restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. Grab-and-go breakfast available. Our room had sufficient space. New refrigerator that is much larger than other establishments. Coffee, TV and microwave in room. We were attending a funeral and it was next too the hotel. I'd stay here again.

We only stayed one night, but the property was very pretty and clean. We loved our vaulted ceiling in our second floor room (note: no elevators). The breakfast area was clean and lots of hot food constantly being brought out. That area was handled by two very nice people - including a very funny and welcoming gentleman. Would definitely stay here again.

The person at the desk did not inform us we had to carry ALL our luggage up 15 steps? I asked about a cart for our luggage, she said there’s one at the end of the hallway, but failed to tell us it’s useless, because there’s no elevator you gotta carry all your stuff up the stairs! The access door to the roof was in our room, then had the unit running on the roof that woke me up at 5 o’clock in the morning!

Unfortunately there had been flooding in the hotel two weeks before. We didn’t know that at the time. They put us in a first floor room and we complained that the carpeting was wet. They put us in another first floor room and it had black mold on the door . Then we got a second floor room and it was fine. We didn’t know about the flooding until we read reviews. The breakfast room was great. Had it not been for the condition after the flooding it would have been a good stay

Our stay was fine. Everything we needed was there and the microwave mini fridge in the room was much appreciated. The included breakfast was also more than we expected and the staff was very nice. The only down point was the weird smell in the room probably from humidity and the bathroom would need a little upgrade.

The facility had just suffered a flood on the first floor of the main building, so all the rooms were out of order and huge industrial fans were everywhere trying to dry the place out. Luckily we were in the suites wing, which was not affected. That said, the whole place smells damp. Some areas even smelled like dirty diapers. The hallway outside our room had garbage sitting outside of each room that was not picked up from the afternoon to the following morning. The mattress on the pull out sofa, which we needed to use, was something out of a horror movie. Our tv remote was totally sticky and the tv did not work at all. We were happy to leave as soon as we woke up. $390 was a LOT of money for this less than pleasant experience.

We went to check in and their computers were down. They could not find our reservation in their print offs of reservations they had for the day. 20 minutes later they located our reservation and we went to our room. Upon entering our hallway, we were immediately hit with a pot odor from guests smoking in their rooms. Our room had no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap and the front desk told us housekeeping had left for the day and we would have to come and get it ourselves. The pool had only 2 clean towels left when we went. Very understaffed and it showed.

The stay was average overall. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. We left to go to the beach for a few hours so I asked for house keeping for a couple garbage bins full & towels but it was never done. I had to ask for a couple trash bags & did it myself. Left the dirty towels. The pool was fun though it could have been a little cleaner. Logan’s across the street was convenient & delicious!

Didn’t like anything about this facility. Room was dated, AC had a funny smell and shower dripped all night. Room was near Lobby, lots of noise from road and other guests in Corridor. Will never stay there again.
