First, we started out our stay with a very rude receptionist, charging us three times for our room for one night. And then I went to management about it and they told me that it would come off in 2 to 3 weeks. Which is insane to me. Then we go to a restaurant and spend $150 for two people and the food instantly makes my husband sick. The casino was the only good part. I would not stay here, and I would not eat here.

Door Fire alarm was going off for around two hours took forever to fix

I did not like that the spa was closed during my stay. I was really excited to experience it.

It was average. Christmas tree was beautiful. The cafes treats were delish!!!! Cannot get a coffee until 7 (which I was shocked by) half the employees were very kind, the other half were almost rude.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Was less busy than thought would be on Thanksgiving. Was nice, just busy enough.

I booked with Expedia and after booking an incorrect day for check in. I was told I was able to move the check in date to the next day. And stay one night not two. The manager approved it and coordinated with Expedia. We went to check in the next day by 4 and when I went to check in said there was no reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one around. A manager proceeded to come to the front desk. So not only did the staff lie, nobody was understanding I already got charged for one night and I booked two. I was told I could check in the next day and went to check in. Stated my reservation was cancelled. We traveled 3 hours away and had to travel back because ALL hotel rooms were not available.

Poor service. No in room dinning. Shower was stuck on scalding hot. Wouldn’t bring extra pillows to my room. I had to go to the front desk.

We were in MO/KS for 3 nights to visit family. Stayed here our last night just us two…we wish we had stayed there all weekend. Loved it! And for the price outstanding. We will be Bach.

The bed was lumpy and the pillows were horrible. Might be fine for others but definitely, uncomfortable for my group.

Great room for for decent price

Me and my fiancé had to clean our own room. Our room was $192 we had a reserved room already. It wasn’t clean the bed wasn’t clean. we had to go to the front lobby and get stuff to make the bed very rude and inconsiderate due to we were not even from Kansas City we were travelers and it was my birthday horrible experience

Great place for us to stay. Rooms were clean, big shower, several onsite restaurants, and a very cool outside seating area with fire pits.

The front desk manager and the supervisor were rude and would not help in anyway! We had a family emergency I couldn’t go but my friend that was to stay with me was there to check in wouldn’t allow her to check in. Even her name was on the reservation! Wouldn’t allow me to cancel and put room in her name cause they were booked full! Made zero sense why she couldn’t have the room saved for me. This made a very stressful situation 10x worse! Only thing the supervisor would do is comp the amenities fee. $10 oh wow

Beautiful hotel and rooms were amazing!

For as nice as place it was there is a few things that need to be cleaned or improved on. Mold spots in the shower. Parked in ramp first night because the main parking lot was closed. Long walk carrying luggage. Person checking you in was not very informational unless you asked. Can tell she didn't want to be there. Had to clip the curtain to keep it shut.

Was not clean entire place smells of cigarettes

The safe didn’t work in the room and would’ve liked the hot water in shower hotter even after asking the desk would not go past 104

we were sent to a room that still had piles of the dirty sheets on the floor. Then sent to a room that had mold, and a thick layer of dust on everything, bathroom lights didnt all work too. We complained and nothing was done. After a couple weeks we finally got ahold of someone and was refunded $12 resort fee and told Expedia would have to refund the rest. Expedia has refused. I have pictures of how bad rhe room was for this stay!

It looked like my room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and an open bottle of water on the nightstand. Otherwise fine.

Erica was super helpful and the hotel itself was clean and rooms spacious. For the price i would not stay anywhere else.

This hotel was fine for what it was. Found it a bit bizarre that there was no connection to any streaming services but there were multiple OnDemand “adult” sites.

Walls seemed a little bit thin, we could here people in the halls and in the next room very easily. Little things needed fixing, like the clock and the dimmer and the dimmer switch.

I stayed at Argosy while in town for the beyonce concert. I was checked in early and when i got to the first thing i checked was the cleanliness. The bathroom and front of the room was sticky on the floor. The room had alot of dust everywhere as if it hadn't been used in a while. The chairs had mess on them as well. I walk with lysol wipes and gloves so i told myself I'll just wipe these things off since i was tired from all traveling but when i pulled the covers to check the bed sheets there were stains and a feces stain, so it looked. I immediately called the front desk for housekeeping. I was told housekeeping cant enter the room once in checked in. This call was placed 5 min after i got in the room. I was told they will bring up some sheets for me to change it myself. 3 hours later no sheets arrived. I went down and got it from the front desk. This was disappointing since it's obvious I should've walked in to a clean bed. Then while attempting to take a shower the water was way too hot. Scorching hot so we couldnt take a proper shower. As I contact front desk there are other guests complained about the same thing. Eventually maintenance showed up and explained there was a switch that was stuck. But I explained there is nothing that shows or even explains the directions and obviously they should do something about that since I wasn't the only guest complained about almost being burned by the water. They did end up fixing the problem so thank you to your maintenance team.

Everything was great! Need to turn down the water temperature of the shower!

Good for relaxing

Great experience! Loved the theme, casino size, and food selections. The room wasn’t dusted fully when we arrived, but otherwise a great stay!
