nice location

We stayed in a dog friendly room. Was immaculate. Place is great!!! My dog loved the goodie bag!!

Resort was in a good location. We stayed in the single cabin. It could definitely use some sprucing up. Very dated. There was no lamp in our room, only fluorescent ceiling lights. So you either had blaring bright fluorescent light or no light. The mini fridge was missing the metal bar so you couldn’t put things in the door. The mini stove was so old, I would have been afraid to use it. Small table and 2 chairs was useable, but small. No luggage rack or place to put your suitcase. The floor in our room had a definite slant. The beds were pretty comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Bathroom was really small with poor lighting. We did love the porch and sitting outside on the beach. The beach was also nice. The dinner at the restaurant was good. Service wasn’t that great, no one refilled our water or drinks unless we specifically asked, but the food was good. Overall it was a fine stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Naswa was particularly clean! It's also right on the beach so there's great opportunity to enjoy the lake without having to drive.

Stayed here after a concert at the Bank of NH pavilion. Close enough that my friend and I could figure out transportation. Dining options on site with complimentary mimosa with a purchase of breakfast, if you’re into that. Hotel rooms were clean and comfy & located across the street overlooking the lake, with other options available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come again & stay again!!

The location was great and it has a private beach - so easy access to the lake. Check in and the restaurant were both lovely with great staff! The room condition and overall appearance are a bit dated/in need of updating, but for the price it’s a good deal!

Nice place right on the water. Only had one night so didn't explore many of its amenities. Room was fine. Clean, fairly up to date. Had dinner on the beach Good good. Good service. Older property but well kept. Price very reasonable. Would stay again

Staff was so friendly and accommodating

Staff disrespectful to people with disabilities and even when the owner acknowledged her staff’s ignorance she was condescending to the wife of the disabled husband. If you stay in a room overlooking the beach area be prepared to hear the staff with trucks on the beach cleaning to at least midnight.

We enjoyed everything, nice room, nice beach area and restaurant. Good food…only thing I didn’t love was one woman at the front desk. Not very friendly 😢

I stayed only one night, but the check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Very nice loved the bar

We traveled for a concert. We were disappointed that the resort was incredibly outdated. We didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances besides the refrigerator because it was so old we were concerned to turn it on. The slider door to the balcony barely worked and took a lot of effort to just get it open(we did report this to the property while we were there and heard nothing back). The Nazbar advertised 1/2 off appetizers and house margaritas. My husband and I had a beer, margarita and chips with salsa and the bill was 40.00. Whether it was false advertising or they overcharged us, I did report this to the property during our stay and heard nothing back. Overall we did not feel it was worth the money and we would never recommend it or stay there again.

The Naswa is a staple. Prime location. We’re able to dock our boat there as well. The rooms have been slightly renovated which is nice. Hopefully they have plans to finish by replacing carpet and mattresses next year. Mattress is super soft. Not back friendly. Beach bar food is less than desirable but the Blue Bistro is really good.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Beach was dissapointing. Way too many ducks, and my son ended up with a skin rash due to bacteria in the water. Food was expensive and average tasting. Great place to stay if you want a place just to sleep!

My check in was met by a smiling employee. She was so helpful and thorough. Even more impressive was the fact it was the last day of an extremely hectic bike week. My room was extremely clean again, impressive given the busy week before. From the front desk, cleaners, and waitresses and cooks. Spot on.

The only positive thing I can say is that it was very clean & the view of the lake was nice. We had Room 38 which was a 2nd floor suite with a king size bed & kitchen. The building itself was very quiet, but Naswa had loud music playing on the beach until 9 - 10 pm. The decor was very old & a bit decrepit. The silvering on the bathroom mirrors was failing & the tile in the bathroom is fake tile as evidenced by some of the surface being scratched off & a wood product visible underneath. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding door which lacked any way of closing it. The toilet was older & very close to the ground. If you have trouble with your knees, good luck trying to get up off of it! The bed was very comfortable & had an assortment of pillows with varying degrees of firmness. Overall, though, we would not stay here again.

It was clean. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom updated. The future in room dated. Service was great.

Very nice place. Nothing was mentioned about the room service. We put out our tag to be serviced. Our friends next door were serviced and we were not. We stayed for 3 days and never received service. We did not complain because we had enough toilets, toilet paper, and kleenex for our time there. Pretty views. The Blue Bistro was lovely. Very nice meal and the staff were great. You could tell everyone was getting ready for the new season and were not totally trained yet but they were very good considering it must have been their 2 or 3 day on the job.

Staff was friendly the blue restaurant was amazing. Room was a little blah but overall very satisfied.
