Great location and convenient to beach and restaurants

Lovely spot. No TV reception and needed a handyman to run over.

Great location and views - just loved it! The couches were a bit old and the screen door was broken but overall a fantastic place

As others have commented, the unit was dirty when we arrived, and multiple major items were unclean, really smelly, not there. or did not work. Disappointing, especially given the price, and not recommended.

We loved the Views to the Creek, Its lovely to sit on the balcony and have fresh air. Its in walking distance to shops and restaurants. the apartment was a great size for a family of 4 :) well stocked kitchen, all the utensils and cookware you would need.Only Negative is that We had no wifi working so my teenage kids werent happy about that. :(

5 light bulbs are not working. We couldn't use half of the house. But the manager said its not emergency issue so she are not going to call an electrician to fix it. That was it.

Excellent location, super unit but Internet access very bad.

Be warned. They charge you a fifty dollar admin fee and 20 dollars a night extra for parking. Nothing worse then hidden fees. Also had horrible wifi reception. Good location and wonderful view. No air-conditioning.

Fantastic location, nice views, very spacious. Only downside was parking very tight for larger cars. Otherwise perfect.

Older apartment. Unfortunately owner have basically filled the main bedroom walk-in closet with equipment and games etc broken hanger space, rusty floor fans and a locked cupboard. Had to move fans to another room to save tripping over them and used a different bedroom for hanging space. Despite the above the apartment kitchen was well equipped and clean. Furniture was older and very uncomfortable. Bed in main bedroom was nearly unsleepable due to old age. Nice to have an en suite. Great sized balcony with slightly obstructed view.

The apartment has great potential. Pros: - Great location - Great apartment layout - Everything we need to cook - Comfortable bed - Quiet location Cons: - No onsite assistance - No airconditioning - SUPs available for hire for $25ea, but I wouldn't want to have to pay for the damaged equipment - Despite requesting early check-in (understand it's not always possible), I still wasn't able to check in at 2pm and was told it might be another hour (I had been to the desk at 12.30pm so they knew I was waiting). Finally after putting in a complaint to the manager I was able to check in at 2.30pm.

This apartment is in a great location with incredible views to Cudgen Creek and easy walk to Kingscliff Beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed for 13 days. We had difficulty getting hold of the property managers to arrange a change of towels by the eighth day. They did not return two calls. We were never offered a sheet change or a room service. Unit 16 is looking very sad. The furniture was dirty and warn. The bathrooms were grubby and needed a deep clean. Overall this apartment has been neglected and we experienced attitude from the property managers when we reported the situation. They are totally aware of the issues but have been unable to resolve them. No air conditioning could be an issue over the summer months although we had good breezes when we stayed.

The apartment we were in was next door in the Sails complex, unit 3. Terrific view from dining, kitchen and main bedroom of the river out to the ocean.3 b/r for 6 people but only 4 dining chairs. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Appeared dusting had not been done for quite a while, inside kitchen window had splash marks over it, which came off with a simple wipe and should have already been done prior to us arriving.Bathroom window and screen was filthy and had corrosion and dust on screen. Shower had mould around seal to bath tub. Everytime you walked on rug in lounge room, you got fibres on you, as the rug either needed a very good vacum or to be replaced. The tv in the bedroom was connected but had no reception. If they gave the unit a good clean, we would definitely stay there again as it was in a very good location

The apartments in general are lovely. The single beds were an issue - very uncomfortable and left both users with a sore back after sleeping in them. One ended up sleeping on the floor in preference. One light didn’t have a lightbulb. Batteries in items were dead on arrival. Sliding doors on walk in robe and onto the terrace needed attention.

Second time stay there, always enjoyable. Just very small things such as no batteries in remotes for TV etc. Otherwise quite relaxing.

Our stay at Sunrise Cove Apartments was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever slept in. The only disadvantage was that we had difficulty contacting the onsite managers. In fact, they did not answer their phone at all and were not available during the time the sign said they should have have been there onsite. The only other small glitch was that the dishwasher stopped working on the last day. Otherwise, everything was spot-on, extremely well appointed and the location was excellent - spot relaxing looking out over the creek.

The location was perfect, handy to shops, cafes and beaches. Loved the view from our balcony which overlooked Cudgen Creek. Very comfortable and clean unit.

Liked - it was right on the creek with great water views. Easy access to walkway, beach and town precinct.

Great location! The Kingscliff creek is at the back door and the beach is a short walk away. The complex also has a pool with resident wild life (lots of friendly lizards) who offer guests a warm welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wasn’t too bad for the money. Would stay here again having the extra bedrooms was good.

Great apartment with everything we needed to feel like home. Although we didn’t have a waterfront view it didn’t matter as apartment felt spacious, clean and super comfortable. Great furnishings and excellent layout making it comfortable for the whole family. An easy walk down to the Main Street/beach. It was really quiet yet accessible to everything. Loved our stay here!

The only problem I had apartment was booked instead of one they gave me room 8 as it was only for two people not 2 apartments and they said you would refund the other room. I didn't see your email about the rooms as the web was playing up. So if you can please refund the cost of the other room back to my credit card.

Our apartment was beautifully positioned overlooking the water, facilities were excellent although appliances were a little old and both bathrooms badly need updating. Furniture was high quality and comfortable with a lovely comfortable king bed. Just a short walk up the street were cafes, restaurants, chemists etc and the bowls and surf clubs were friendly and served excellent meals. The river offered excellent water sports including boating, paddle boards, swimming and fishing. I definitely recommend this sport for a quiet, relaxed holiday.

Wonderful value for money. Very clean with all the amenities one could wish to have. Secure parking. I would highly recommend a stay.
