We stay here every time we go to and from Colorado. Everyone is welcoming and rooms have everything we need. Plenty of restaurants nearby, too.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed a good meal at the Golden Corral next door!

Everything was very nice except when we asked for pool towels, we were told there weren't any. Finally we were given a couple of room towels. The next night we were just told there aren't any towels, period. Kind of weird for a hotel with a pool not to have enough pool towels.

The overall hotel was clean. The breakfast was tasty! Front desk staff was great, easy check in and out. We would stay there again.

We were witing in lkine forf the one receptionist. When another one finally came, but he helped another gentleman who had just walked in behind us, Apparently he knew him so thought he should help him instead of us who had been waiting for a time. The room was fine and clean, except for a big tear in the curtains.. It looked liek it has been slashed almost in half. Just not great.. Add to that, the elevator decided not to wokr on hte next morning. We are on the 4th floor, and myhusband has bad knees. Not fun traversing the stairs to get breakfast and then check out. The bed was less than comfortable, as I didnt sleep well and had a nice backache after tossing and turning at night. Will not stay here again.

Our room was filthy. Toilet stains on the side of the toilet. Hair everywhere. Opened pill package in a drawer. It was a disgusting disappointment for the amount we paid. We will not be staying here again. I love to feel comfortable in our room to get great rest and I didn't here. The breakfast was good but that's not enough to take me back.

One night stay and we were welcomed when we arrived. The room was ok but we had 2-3 dogs in our area. Breakfast was good. A surprise - the house keeper entered our room before checkout which I found strange. Not sure if there was a knock but that shouldn’t have happened.

We booked a last minute, late night stay due to weather. It was easy check in, the beds were so soft and comfortable we slept well. But our favorite was the breakfast. So many options and they were so good. The kids, of course loved the pool as well. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room smelled musty. The bathroom was not very clean and there were some shoddy looking repairs around the shower area. The grounds were full on dog feces. I was here with two dogs, which I clean up after. I wish the hotel would remind other guests to do the same.

This was a very nice stay. Parking was convenient, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Shower worked well too. The breakfast was good and hospitality was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Trash in hallway and elevator, room had ants, moved to floor were pets are and if your not use to barking it was horrible. Also its find to accommodate pets but put airfreshner in those rooms especially if a persons with no pets is occupying it and if there if a problem and person reserve no pets do better with adjustment. Breakfasts was great

My son was doing an overnight college visit at SUU so we wanted to stay nearby. The people at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating, the parking was easy, the hotel overall was clean and everything met our expectations. I read reviews about the excellent continental breakfast and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The eggs were your typical continental eggs, but the potatoes and everything else were delish! If something is low in quantity, just give them some time. They swap out a fresh refill shortly after. They have tons of drink options as well. The pool and jacuzzi were open til late. It’s nice that it’s indoors so you can relax and enjoy even though it snowed. This will definitely be our booking spot if my son chooses SUU and we go down to visit.

We got in late and will be staying only for a night. The room we booked is ADA compliant. Good size and decent bed. However, the toilet was not working. We called front desk to lwt them know and the guy said he would come up to fix it. We declined since it was already past midnight and we were ready for bed. The morning after, we asked for partial refund since we didnt really get what we paid for. The girl on the counter said they can’t do anything since we booked the room from 3rd party vendor, which is unacceptable. Its still their hotel, there were other ways to compensate us for our stay. We will be waiting.

Passing through Cedar City after skiing. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Seemed like a fairly new hotel with nice designer upgrades but window blind was torn. Also shower has a faulty design with the controller on the far wall blocked by a permanently mounted door (doesn't slide so to turn the water on you have to be inside the shower). Odd. Slept well, ok breakfast. Would stay there again when passing through town.
