House is beautiful and in a great location. The 3rd floor steps are very steep. Beds are comfortable and plenty of them. It is an older house so it doesn’t stay as warm in some areas but this wasn’t a big issue. I did not enjoy the check in experience. The company will pester you what seems like weekly for more and more information. They Also met me at the property and asked for an id while I was unpacking. I know life these days are different and they are simply trying to protect your property. I just personally did not enjoy all the processes it took to check in. I would definitely stay at the property again. It was beautiful and has plenty of places to sleep. I give it a 78/100.

This house is very run down and outdated. It has tripping hazard doorways (some were not even finished), filthy carpet, dirty floors, dead bugs lying around, trash left behind, bathrooms that some couldn't even use due to their size, door knobs falling off in our hands, and a basement that looked like a scene from a horror movie. We made the best of it since we had driven and flown in from 5 different states and had looked forward to this for a year, but the truth needs to be told about this house. A house that sleeps 25 and only has 12 towels?? NO rugs or bath mats to step out of the shower onto, "Basic" kitchen items means, no collander, larger baking/cooking dishes and not even a pasta server. However, there was a cabinet with about 75 shot glasses in it. We had to go buy towels (or stay there doing laundry instead of out and about enjoying the area) and also had to buy some kitchen items. The back area to gather as a group was in the driveway. We had to ask for chairs to sit in, and also for box fans as the house is not regulated at all with the air flow. We were either sweating or freezing. This house is on a main road near a fire station and hospital, so the sounds of sirens never ended. All VERY disappointing and this house should NEVER be listed as an "Estate". It has made me steer away from any VRBO rentals going forward, as well as the other 20 women who attended this gathering. We will find other methods of traveling for our annual Girl's Trips from now on.

The house was perfect for a bachelor party. Plenty of room to sleep 14 guys with beds left over and the pool table, foosball, and ping pong table made it amazing. The location was great with good food across the street and a gas station across the street. They even set up the bourbon tour which was great.
