Breakfast was nice, but we hoped to get it earlier than 6AM. Dinner was also mostly nice, but the staff made many mistakes and forgot our orders - I guess the method with cell phone didn't work well.
The staff in reception was arrogant. Many of them never smiled or proved to be helpful.

Windows allow all the noise from the street even when closed. Difficult to sleep in the early morning.

Atrium is great. Best hotel in town, the food also seems to be the best in town. Beds are very confortable and the staff was very nice.
Unfortunately the suite I booked had a plumbing issue, the floor above leaked into my bathroom. Have preventative maintenance check ups to prevent these issues! The excercise room was lacking.
