From check in to check out everything was great! Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Anthony came on after I checked in and assisted me so much! I was celebrating my birthday and needed his help with some things as friends were coming to visit me. I was relieved and the night was successful! I will definitely stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative as he checked me into the Hyatt Place. This is important as a women of color, I appreciate the fact that he made me feel welcomed.

The hotel overall was very modern and stylish looking, but has no parking. The problem was they moved me 3 times upon my arrival.Yhe first room was out of order and freezing. the second room had a strange, strong odor and the microwave didn't work. Finally, they put me in a third in a room that had no problems. But housekeeping never came. When I asked about being comped for the room fiasco, they told me if I made my reservation through them, They would have given me a free night. What does that have to do with anything? That's a poor excuse for bad customer service. I won't be staying at Hyatt again.

The staff was excellent and the facility and room were superb and spotless. I enjoyed my Christmas in Raleigh and they made it stress free! Thank you again and sorry about the accident my pup had in front of the door😂

Very pleasant stay, including eating dinner at the restaurant across the street and shopping at large grocery down the street. But hotel room windows' roller shades allowed light to come in over the top of the shades during the night (room faced street and building lights) and in the morning.

The rooms were very good size which we were happy about since we needed to stay after a surgical procedure. Many walkable restaurants was a plus. The bed was extremely comfy!

Not great. Tons of noise outside, thumping subwoofers and race car exhaust systems. Tons of noise inside, a whole floor of loud mouths, maybe it was bad luck.
Uncomfortable beds. Dirty linens for the pull out couch.
Rude guests in and out of their rooms all night long.
I wouldn’t stay again, even if they paid me to.

To me personally with hotel is overpriced. Maybe they charge the price they do for the location. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated. The cleaning of the room was sloppy. I wouldn’t return.

Good location and clean hotel. The rooms need better pillows, the ones we had immediately flattened to near nonexistent upon laying on them. Not really with the price.

It was a nice place to stay and conveniently located in north hills, but the staff could use some training. Despite the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping kept knocking and tried to pressure me to check out an hour before the actual checkout time. Super annoying as I was on a work conference call.

I loved this hotel. Wonderful stay. The only problem the young lady working the front desk when we arrived and also when we checked out. Was very rude. She seemed to feel it was painful to speak and did not want to be bothered. Everyone else was very friendly.

Great experience. Came in town for a festival. Friendly front desk staff, clean and comfy rooms, really good complimentary breakfast as well. Walking distance to a great selection of restaurants. I'll stay here every time I'm in the area.

Nice sized room and amenities, but needs updating. The bed was comfortable enough, but very noisy springs that creaked loudly every time I moved. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so condensation builds. TV is fine, but not very modern - not a smart TV, so no streaming capabilities. The parking situation is not great. You just have to cruise around and hope to get lucky. Very crowded, busy, noisy area.

My stay was an amazing experience. Clean, comfortable, and great location. If there were any items that may have been in need of work would be to have the second elevator working and possibly, a more defined area for parking.

The experience was great. I just wish that the black out curtains were the full length of the window. The sun still shine through at the top where there is a gap but other than that wonderful hotel!

Overall my stay was fantastic. I had minor issues with a leak on the side of the shower and one night, the room above me woke me up as they were running around. Not the hotel's fault, but still any issue. Other than that, the room was very nice and spacious. Parking was free and convenient. Kitchen area was fully stocked. I like the layout with the island/desk. So many restaurants within walking distance! So I didn't have to worry about driving to find somewhere to eat.

The Hyatt House North Hills is a relatively new property but the maintenance of the rooms could use attention. Bed was nice, and all the amenities in the room were nice, but one of the beside lamps never worked even after telling the front desk about the issue. At the toilet, there must have been a repair at the water shut off because you could see a big patch of the expanding spray foam they used. It’s nice that there are black out screens but they aren’t tight so there’s a bright halo effect that brightens the room anyway. Over all I’d give the hotel a 8 out 10 and just need to tighten up minor issues.

The area was nice restaurants and entertainment was very accessible. The room was okay but it wasn’t cleaned very well. It was a lot of pieces of hair on the floor and sink throughout the room. Also the room was a little dusty in areas.

Great staff, had a minor issue with the room keys but they were able to fixed that in no time! Overall great location, and it’s only 10 minutes from the PNC arena.
