The location is perfect- quiet but yet close to the old town.

The apartment is located on a lovely peaceful street, yet very close to the old harbour. The decor is clean and modern with lots of character. The beds were very comfortable and the wardrobes were a great size. The apartment was spotless! The modern rainfall shower was a really cool feature. Checking in and checking out was very straightforward and Konstantinos was very generous with providing multiple recommendations of restaurants, bars, beaches and places to see. Konstantinos was very friendly and helpful. A great host. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

A very cosy apartment perfect for 4 people in the best location of Chania. Less than 10 minutes walking to the Venetian Port in a quiet an authentic neighbourhood. Clean and well maintained.. Konstantinos a very friendly and helpful guest. Anything you need he's there to assist.

Konstantinos meet us at the door, even though it was almost 10 at night. He took the time to discuss eating options, beach options, and to make sure we were truly comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean, the shower is amazing, though the water tends to get out under the door and into the bathroom. This is in a quiet residential area, but only a 5 minute walk away is the main shopping area and Venetian port. Perfect spot!

The kitchen is for minimal preparation.

If you are on the ground floor there is no access to the upstairs balcony and terrace,but it is ok to sit out on the street

The location was great and the area was quiet. It was within walking distance to the old town and harbour. The property was spacious and quaint and had a lot of character.

Breakfast was not included - even it is possible. There are every Saturday markets on the street just next to us. Property located in old town, and only 200 m to the beach, with tens of lovely restaurants It is excellent for two people (and maybe one child) If you needed help, the owner was always reachable.

Small problems with keys

This apartment is beautifully renovated and very cosy. The washer/dryer was a bonus - the dials are in Greek so useful that the cleaner showed me. The steam iron also worked well.

The hot water was not working on our arrival and needed to be repaired.

The location is perfect. We lived among the locals and reached everything(bakery, port, central, markets, bar and restaurants, play-park and beach) easily within some minutes of walk. The two double beds were comfortable. Warm water in the bedroom was very soothing. A kitchen and washing/drying machine are handy. We like that there are a balcony and a terrace with sea view. Internet is fast. The old structure of the apartment is an attraction. Konstantinos is very kind, open, well-organised, helpful and informative. We forgot a charge cable for iPhone when we left Chania to Heraklion and then Konstantinos contacted us and helped to contact transport to deliver it to our next destination safely. We appreciated so much his care and kindness.

Lovely apartment and very central

We were welcomed by Konstantinos : he was really kind and helpful. The property is very beautiful and clean : it exceeded our expectations 👌 ! It's very well located, close to (walking) : -the best places to visite in Xania -market,... -good swimming spot in the sea (3mn away) Rooftop with sea view and terrace was really appreciated. We definitively recommand this place !

Our host Kostas was great, giving us tips for the best places to go for dinner and responding very quickly to our messages in excellent English. We were housed in the apartment on the upper floor with two big balconies, one in the shade with view towards the picturesque street, the other a rooftop one with a great sunset view, an umbrella, table and sunbeds. Wonderful for reading a book in the morning and having a drink at sunset. Everything is close by, but the best thing is that the hotel is located in a more quiet part of the old town, so you could be sure to have a good night sleep in the evening. You need 5 mins to reach the port, and also there is a small beach nearby if you are keen on swimming in the mornings or evenings. There is a bigger beach around 20 mins from the apartment. Also great air conditioning in each room. The apartment is housed in a fully renovated old house, which still has the flair of the past, but is completely modern and well kept. The small kitchen is also practical and has everything you need to prepare a meal, especially good if you go to buy some fresh bread from the local bakery. Above all, though, Kostas is a great host!

A totally pleasurable stay, with two apartment options. Downstairs has more space and is better outfitted generally. But if you want slightly less living space while gaining outdoor relaxation, dining, and views, then the upstairs apartment is for you. Upstairs has two outside levels. Both apartments are highly recommended, and the manager, Konstantinos, is ready to please and to help make your stay a memorable one.

The host Kostas was exceptionally friendly to us and went the extra mile for us to enjoy our stay. It is a top notch property in the very centre of Chania's old town. Quiet and close to all the attractions.
