Hotel was great but the parking i$25 per night.
You're better off finding parking somewhere else.
Other than that, it was great.

Amazing as always!

I would recommend the hotel. Good location. Only negatives was the shower water wasn't hot enough.

Vittoria Hotel was under construction/refurbishment during our stay, but despite that, our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful, which check-in and check-out being quite easy and efficient. Our room had been recently refurbished, and was very clean. This location is a five to 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls, and would easily be my go-to hotel if we were to return to Niagara Falls again for an overnight stay.
5.0
The room had a direct clear view of the American Falls that the hotel didn't even mention. Inspite of the wildly increased cost of the room ( for the eclipse) the room was really nice
3.0
Location changed parking policy between time of booking and arrival without communication. No parking was available on-site and fees were requested. Walls were paper thin, could hear conversation in the room next door. Not restful!

Always have a great stay. Clean rooms with nice staff.

This was my third stay at this hotel. cleanliness has been consistent. The staff have all been friendly. Now my first choice when booking a hotel in Niagara.

The heat in our room didn’t work and the water in the showers also didn’t heat up well
3.0
This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking was full so we had to park off site so that was an inconvenience. Also, the towels in the rooms are very small so that could be improved. Overall, a pretty good experience.

My room was facing a parking lot

we’re lucky get room 907 , when we look out the window, Niagara Falls view just in the front of us and it’s so amazing specially at night! The room was big and bed was comfortable! Definitely stay there again in the future!

Front desk staff was very accommodating. Wayne was great on night staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will choose this again.

Our first time staying here. What a great find. Beautiful view of clifton hill attractions and American falls. Clean specious room, beautiful glass door shower. nice pool and hot tub. very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!!
4.0
There was a door connecting our room with the adjacent room. You could hear the other guests talking, not very relaxing.
The bath towels were very small and very harsh. Ik ow is not a 5-star hotel, but come on. Pillows were very lumpy as well. Parking was off premises and a 3 min walk. They shouldn’t even charge the $15.
4.0
Even though they are under construction, the hotel is quiet and well kept. We were on the 10th floor with a beautiful view of the american falls. Pool and hot tub were excellent. The only issue i had was a too firm of the mattress.

March break getaway with family. We have stayed at the Vittoria Hotel many many times before. However this time we were a little disappointed with the room condition. Normally the rooms are picture perfect, very tidy and clean. This time it wasn’t to that standard. It may have just been the room we stayed in because the rest of the hotel was very clean. Staff is ALWAYS super friendly and always ready to answer any questions you may have. Checkin in was quick and we were able to checkin early! Ample parking on site for an additional cost. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated and super close walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. I would still highly recommend this hotel. Price point was also fantastic!

This hotel was a great location to all of the attractions on Clifton Hill. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was nothing fancy, but it was very good for our family. There was construction in the front, and the elevators were definitely backed up. Those were the only small inconveninces.

Great overall value for the price! It has a great location close to everything but not right in the middle of Clifton Hills, which is a plus. The only downside is the pool is very tiny, and only ten people are allowed at a time, so we could not use it as it was raining, so the pool was jampacked the entire time, but we will be back. The hotel was under renovation but not loud at all.

The first girl at the service desk was rude. Pool was small and super busy.

Nice hotel and fantastic location. Could walk to Clifton Hill in minutes! Rooms were spacious and hotel staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location but I am a light sleeper and asked to be placed at the end of the hall and was placed directly across from the elevator. The AC unit squeeked all night and asked to have it fixed the next morning. Again on the second day it squeeked so they did nothing to fix it. Not very good service.

We had booked this room for a trip to Niagara for myself and my husband. The property was difficult to access from the main road, so we went in the back and parked.
When checking in, the representative asked if we wanted off site parking, and mentioned it was $15. I just said that I had seen parking across the street for $5 and wondered if that was a better option.
I also mentioned that we had parked outback in a seemingly available spot. She chuckled, and told us we had to move to the offsite parking. She handed a piece of paper over and said fill this part out if your parking here….don’t if you’re not.
We decided to just park off site…..so I filled it in and handed it back. She said “you’re parking?”.
My husband moved the car to the offsite lot, and I went up to the room.
The room was down a little corridor, tucked back from the other rooms. The reason for this was to allow room for the elevator chase, which was right beside us. This was the only elevator for the entire hotel. To boot, the room backed onto the parking lot.
The people coming on and off the elevators until all hours of the morning kept us awake the majority of the night.
I felt as though this was a punishment room for asking questions about parking.
I was just trying to figure out our best option as parking on site was sold out.
The hotel was clean, some updates had been done, but overall the main areas need some fixing up and care.
Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Location is excellent - close to all the fun. The staff was very understanding and accommodating.

The hotel is doing a nice renovation, but the 10th floor is completely ripped apart. Work starts at 6:45 in the morning and you can hear them loud and clear coming in and out of the elevators. All the king suites are located beside the elevator, which you can hear going off constantly in the room to the point where we had to switch. This hotel does have great customer service, though the front desk employee was awesome and switched us right away to a nice room, not near an elevator, and away from the construction. Once the construction is over this is going to be a great place to stay parking on site $25 parking offsite about five minute walk is $15 which isn’t bad for the falls.

This is our favourite hotel to sty in when we visit Niagara Falls.
Paying for parking was a little steep for on-site, and almost didn't get a spot for the night due to lot being overly full.
Was assigned an Accessible suite (not requested) and didn't mind except, there should be a shower curtain in the bathroom to keep water from getting everywhere and having to use our towels to wipe it up.
Other than the few temporary closures, and the above mentioned inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel.

after we payed, we were told gym and pool is closed, under construction and mess everywhere. had to move to another room for safely reasons. and they say included parking , have to pay .

The convince of the location combined with the atmosphere of the hotel make this my go to in Niagara

The hotel had some issues. First off you have to PAY extra to park at the hotel. It’s not included in the price of the room! There was no hot water for the shower or sink, the pool and fitness room were closed, and the cable on television was from the 90’s. The room was fine, just every else was not very good
8.0
Small shower towels and can hear my neighbours talking overall stay could have been a bit better.
Parking overnight $25/$15 should be transparent and put it on the listing.

This hotel’s location is perfect for those wanting to walk Cliffton Hill or go to the casino. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are big and clean! Staff was wonderful we required early check in and were able to check in at 12:30 instead of 4.
