The facilities that were correctly represented were okay. The cleaning crew did excellent work inside the house. Convenient location for the areas we were visiting.

The property was incorrectly advertised on Booking.com as a 3 bedroom house when, in fact, there were only 2 bedrooms. The property manager, Sophia, was initially receptive to offering a partial refund, but ultimately stopped answering my calls and texts. Booking.com intervened and sent several official emails to the property owners about a possible partial refund, but these emails when unanswered. I am not satisfied with paying much more than this stay was worth. For those choosing to stay in the future, there were other problems we encountered: Street and surrounding properties were rundown with lots of trash in the yards and on the road; property manager, Sophia, had a 'full voice mailbox' and was not responsive to some of my texts and calls; no attention to detail inside the property - plenty of extra pillows but no extra bedding or blankets, no washcloths or bathmats; poor condition of rollaway bed mattresses. I would not recommend renting from this company in the future as they are unreliable and unresponsive.
