We were surprised with the hospitality and the kindness of the landlady. The appartment is on the main street and very spacious, clean and quiet. You can hardly find a better one in the wider surrounding.

I don't know what I liked more. The perfect location, on the pedestrian zone. Near the beach and all, yet quiet. Sparkling clean, wonderful view...Sheets, furniture and all are new, perfectly functionable, comfortable and clean. The place is charming in its very inch. Katerina, the host, is such a pleasant person and eager to make your stay perfect. I will definitely recommend it as one of the best places to stay in Agios Nikitas (it is not my first time there).

Indeed, everything was perfect.

Everything. Beautiful view, nice room, even the sheets smelled really nice. There was a clothing line to hang our wet clothes. Location is perfect, in the middle of the area with all the taverns and restos. Absolutely recommend to stay there. Katarina was always available, had a nice word for every guest.

We were a bit unlucky with the neighbours, who were quite noisy. Not something that's under the control of the host, Katarina was very nice throughout our time there.

The showercabin is pretty small and with a shower curtain, which is not the most hygienic option.

We drank our coffee/tea relaxed every morning overseeing Agios Nikitas. The studio was spotless clean and fresh every day! The host was super friendly and nice to us including being helpful in giving us ideas to visit around. She was very interested in our well being. We are already recommending this location to our friends.
