Almost the perfect stay in Alexandria for its price. Despite minor negligible downsides, it still is an excellent option in all ways. Host is amazing. Parking is available for a reasonable price. Building access adequate.

Despite being at the 9th floor, street noise was extremely high. Only advise is to apply double glazed windows for the latter. Also one bathroom in an apartment that accommodates 4 residents is a challenge for families with kids.

The apartment is truly beautiful. Also the hosts, Mohammed and Susan, gave the best service and made sure I was happy and comfortable my whole stay and that everything was always provided for the guests.

The view is really amazing! The house is so clean, spatious, nice decor and it includes everything you might need. I preferred at some point to just stay in the house and enjoy the view. The host Mr Mohamed is very decent and helpful.

Beautiful & clean, and it looked exactly like the photos/video.  the view of the Mediterranean sea is astonishing. The apartment provides everything you need (even kitchen essentials).  the host was great. Overall, it was an amazing place to stay! I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, gem of a property....such kind and helpful hosts in Suzan & Mohammed! Excellent facilities...modern and spacious...tastefully decorated apartment, very comfortable beds and bathroom has a geyser for as much hot water as required...and a well equipped kitchen...so, yes if you are looking for a classy place to stay in Alexandria centrally located right by the sea, this has to be right up there...a word on Suzan & Mohammed....they helped us so much with information, even called the bus operator on our behalf (due to the language issue) to finalise some aspects of our trip from Alexandria to Cairo...all in all, we left Egypt thinking how kind and thoughtful people in Egypt are and its in no small measure due to Suzan & Mohammed...

Host is a WOW gentleman and wow cleanliness and facility , not to mention the best view ever
