I believe there’s been a great deal of effort into presenting a beautiful place, however some more effort is required into making the customer experience better in order for a business to succeed. With the attitude and upselling tactics of the current people running the business, they fail on the customer experience side of things.

As soon as the booking was made, we got messages that because it was the Valentine’s Day, they had high volumes of interests and that the suite we booked was gone for the price quoted on the Booking.com platform and we had to pay almost 30% more in order to retain the booking. Efforts to get them to understand we had a reservation (a contract) we met with derision. We asked if they could cancel the booking in order for us not to be liable for cancellation charges- that got met with unpleasant remarks and the lady put the phone down on us. We would generally put this down to a people-business mismatch. Good product, awful customer service

I like the fact that it’s really peaceful and calm

It was an amazing experience for my family. It was indeed home away from home. Staff was always ready to help.

It’s very well kept and homely.
