The place is good, nice facilities and with many amenities. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not keeping the place cool enough, but everything else was good.

How impersonal the service is. We were not met by a person, but rather everything done via WhatsApp. We get that this can make things faster, but in our case, at the arrival it was a bit confusing, as we had no codes or information despite having everything paid via the Ayenda app prior to our arrival.

Estuvo bien, la verdad

No me gustó que el televisor tuviera controles distintos a la marca del mismo, pues no permitía navegar con facilidad y muchas de las opciones no se pudieron utilizar.

The location is perfect, it's close to many things.

The cleanliness. Everything was ok but I think they should do the housekeeping often or put at least a broom in the rooms.
