Marvellous view and peaceful

Breakfast was very friendly and relaxed and an opportunity to interact with other guests. There were superb gardens with fine views of the surrounding hills.

We liked everything., quiet a unique place , very classy but casual surroundings, clean , great bed and great service., welcome cheese platter and wine a very nice touch . The view sells the place, it is breathtakingly beautiful. Toni is a down to earth lovely lady , eager to please and so friendly. Will go back and will definitely recommend.

The location is so lovely and relaxing and the scenery is wonderful.

The lodge has a lovely location with great views of the Waiau and a short drive from Hanmer so you can enjoy teh piece and quiet. Teh hosts were very generous and helpful, the dogs and cat and open fires made you feel like you were visiting friends.
