Beds ,2nd day we didn’t have water the whole day and no one offer us even water to drink

Location, Facilities, View, Security was extremely helpful and friendly,
Room doors would not stay closed, aircon did not work effectively and was extremely noisy, parking situation is not great (only 1 allocated spot and we ended up parking both cars on the street), furniture on the balcony needs to be secured, couch in the lounge is extremely worn.

The apartment it's so beautiful and relaxing while viewing ships from small to extra extra large passing during the day and night.
The have charge me R365 for cleaning of which on their policies never mention .and I stayed for 5 days without any person coming to clean .
The bed in the main bedroom is old needs to be replaced also cockroch are always there
