1. Parking entrance too narrow. Cannot park my car @ basement. Have to park upstairs & pay for it. 2. Poor planning on food during breakfast. Not enough when have to share with bus load of Chinese tourists. Have to wait for you guys to refill. 3. False alarm @ early morning hours. 4. Room not tidy when I came back in the evening. Have to get housekeeping in.

Very basic room but sufficient for a work trip. Close to Sunway Pyramid and not much more.

Staff at the front desk late at night was NOT at all helpful and quite rude but the one who helped me check out was very accommodating and friendly!

Big bed and comfy room and nice bathroom and living hall

Serve more variety of breakfast and serve butter cube , not big chuck of margarine on a plate

The cleanliness of the bed, mattresses, duvet is the problem. After one day stayed, I got rashes on my body and my wife also experienced the same as well. Hopefully body will ok after applied medicine. Pls treat hygiene as your hotel priority.

最不好的是早餐食物来不及准备给大家，所以只能吃白粥香肠马铃薯块，面包涂planta 应该可以给更好的牛油吧！食物选择是差强人意吧

Parking 酒店门口不用付费就太好了

Cleanliness and reasonable price

Don’t have free parking in the hotel and need to pay although is not expensive

It was clean, water pressure was good

The rooms was too small and the location is not good at all. It was harder to get grab also from the location.

New hotel clean but sound proofing is poor.

Not many amenities around especially food choices is very limited
