The location and view was fantastic and the home was very comfortable to stay in.

There was no stove.

A whole basement suite in East Kelowna! Super clean and massive space, it felt very good to just relax, shower and watch Netflix on the big screen after our 4.5hr bike ride through Myra Canyon. The house is complete, super comfy beds, plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries, plates, mugs and cutlery. Only thing missing was a stove to cook on but, the fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle was more than enough for all the food and drinks that we packed, not to mention we could've had food delivered too. The house is in a great location, about 40 mins drive from the top of Myra Canyon, 15mins drive from the orchards/ fruit stands, 15mins drive to the Kangaroo Creek Farm and 30mins to Mission Hill Winery. You can park your car on the left side of the driveway but, there's plenty of street parking too. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood! The pleasant surprise was the view! I wish I could wake up to the gorgeous views everyday! We spent most of our time outside on the outdoor patio space. It was a great space to chill, talk, play games and watch the sunset. It was far enough from the city light pollution that we were able to stargaze and catch the Perseid meteor shower. Our host was also very friendly and hospitable. Thanks again Yan! If ever we get to go to Kelowna again, I'll make sure to look up Yucca Tree!
