The owner is very responsive. The studio is nearby Venice Grand Canal. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are okay for staycation.

The Toilet not able to use a toilet paper. Very disgusting to put in a bin the paper you used in the toilet. Only two towel provided for 6 people for 4 days. So my sister and my Mama move to the other building for two nights. Added money to spend for two nights because not really comfortable for 6 people. So, for two nights only me and my husband stayed. I suggest to provide a hand towels, bath mats, a real liquid soap not a water soap inside the container. The towel is so thin very cheap. I also suggest to buy a good towels for the guests.

very accomodating owner and staff. the location si superb just 3 mins walk to Venice.

It’s cozy, clean and tidy. The kitchen goes with complete appliances and utensils that you basically need. Bath towels are provided. I also like the location, it is just walking distance to the Mall and stores/groceries. It is great that a parking space is provided as well. The instructions for check-in/check-out are very clear and very responsive to your queries.

The place is well kept, stone's throw away from the mall and other grocery stores, with assigned parking slot and the very accomodating host who was readily available for any questions.
