We liked the setting next to the river, and the location was within reasonable proximity to beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and the view of the river. Watching songbirds in the trees above the deck and waterfowl in the river was a delight.
The neighborhood on the way in was pretty sketchy. We would never live there. Wi-Fi was good, but the TV channel selection with Roku was a disappointment. We could not watch any sporting events broadcast during the weekend.
