The people at the front office of Prairie Crossing were very nice, Blake especially went out of his way. The handymen were nice. The apartments were nice but not well kept by the Cozy Suites company administrators.

The Cozy Suites Management messed up my booking several times, and often lied between my apartment transfers. The apartment 8-103 was not ready for my booked check-in on April 15 and I had to come back April 16, and then it still had soiled sheets. I had to move apartments three times as they lied about booking the apartments 8-103 and extensions for 11-103 for me. When I had to move the third time, April 30, to apartment 5-102 by 11:00am, they didn't send me the new apartment door code until later in the day so I had to get the handyman to let me in. They didn't send my check-out instructions until 9:27 the next day, May 1. They were really not nice especially on the phone, and the requested supervisor never called me even once through all this. How incompetent!

The property was clean, homey (with beautiful, upscale decor) and in a great location for the business I was conducting.
