I believe communication is key when arriving at a apart-hotel at 2am in a foreign country. I was messaged by the host throughout and he ensured that his colleague was on site at the agreed meeting place. Check in was swift and all the basic amenities were explained to me. The place was both spacious and clean. The heating was exceptional.
