こじんまりとした温泉があり、おしゃれなデザインでよく温まることができた。枕やパジャマをある程度選ぶことができるのも良かった。
一時的なメンテナンス中で朝食やウェルカムバーで変更があったが、このことに関してあらかじめ告知して欲しかった。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。チェックインからチェックアウトまで気持ちよく過ごせました。部屋も清潔で温泉も最高でした。朝食はリニューアル中でお弁当での対応でしたがおいしかったです。立地も商店街の中で夕食も楽しめました。
2段ベットのセッティングがセルフになっていたので大変でした。

房间照片和实际在面积上有少许差距，厕所真不大。
床铺枕头比较硬，需要重新自行在1楼选择枕头，如果去的晚的话，枕头库存不够，可选择的多了。
双层床的高层床铺需要客人自行铺设，呵呵，能向酒店收费不？
ONLY一台电梯，高峰时候有得等了，没楼梯。

Closed to the Kokura station and strip mall and restaurants. Check-in was easy. You have to pick your bed pillow next to the check-in. Cuz there isn't a pillow in the room.

breakfast, sento (spa) which even a bit small is nice, complimentary drinks at the end of afternoon (including alcohol), choice of pillows, breakfast is ok and changing (slightly) every day, good Wifi
room a bit small, smell a bit old / mouldy (very slight but noticeable smell on entering the room), matress are firm, which is ok, but with some stains, the sheets are fresh and very clean though.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Very clean room. There is a wide choice of pillows to choose from at the front, and ladies get freebies too (lotion, face masks, etc.) Bento breakfast can be taken into your room and is delicious. The onsen is nice although small. Good location close to lots of restaurants and shopping.
Parking was a pain to find, and the actual hotel is accessible by foot under a pedestrian-only shopping street. You need to park off-site and the front desk will give you a paid parking pass for 750 yen a night.
The water pressure of the showers in the onsen is quite high, so water gets sprayed everywhere even if you try to be careful.

The onsen is so refreshing!
If you’re staying with your significant other, the room is a comfy size. I would imagine though that staying with a friend might be a bit squished though. Also note that you’ll need to park offsite, and then you can get a ticket at the hotel when you check in but you still need to pay there too.
