Aqua Park y comida

Las piscinas estaban congeladas, no era agradable meterse para los niños. Es algo importante a considerar porque el mar estaba super bravo y era la única opción para divertirse

Lo único que nos gusto fue el Aqua Nick

El hotel está sumamente descuidado, le falta mantenimiento y la comida no es buena

Recomendado un excelente hotel con un buen ambiente familiar

Realmente lo negativo es que tienes que reservar ciertas actividades utilizando un concierge que le llaman y al final del día es una persona que te ayuda a reservar pero siempre y cuando accedas a participar en ofertas vacacionales del mismo hotel.....realmente decepcionante porque si no accedes a esto o todo está lleno o no te dan supuestos descuentos....deberían automatizar todo desde el app, uno va de vacaciones no a escuchar ofertas vacacionales

The location of the property was great, it has a great beach and it’s fun for kids and adults alike.

The rooms were not clean, there was no restriction on smoking, the place was literally filled with smokers and you smell the smoke all throughout the day, for a family friendly resort,this is terrible. Staff’s are lazy and there is hardly any room service, out of the 6 times I called room service, only twice they were fulfilled the remaining times they simply said they are out of food, they don’t even call and tell you, it’s up-to you to call and find out when they were not delivered after few hrs. The food is terrible and the restaurant staffs are rude, they repurpose the food at buffet from morning, afternoon and night and it’s awful. Spend your money somewhere else and don’t get deceived by the name of family and kids friendly resort.

The reception was not great. The room was late. I ask to pay on site but the room was charged prior to my arrival. Had to ask for the manager to get a printed recipe.

Las instalaciones, la atención es excelente, la calidad de los productos es alta.

Creo que por el precio, el desayuno con los personajes debería estar incluido. La piscina no debería cerrar tan temprano.

La limpieza, muy buena ubicación y muy bonito

Que debe ser gratis los ver muñecos en el desayuno y no deben cobrarlo porque en realidad por ellos es que uno va y dice que es todo incluido. Pague bastante y cuando llegue me informan que se debe pagar para desayunar con ellos 🤦🏽‍♀️

Esta muy bien mantenido, tiene varias atracciones para los niños pequeños, la comida de los restaurantes es buena, la atención del personal es excelente

Me gustó el Aquanick, pero esperaba más del hotel.

No me gustó que en la infraestructura está muy deteriorada en diferentes edificios, no tienen carritos suficientes para movilizar a las personas dentro del complejo, ascensores dañados y le falta más animación y lo peor de todo que me tocó escuchar los empleados quejarte del trato que reciben de sus superiores.

Pocos restaurantes abiertos , poca variedad en la comida y sin snack en la piscina. Poca variedad. Además de insistencia o engaño para tomar programas vacacionales

Que el parque no estaba abierto y que para ver los personajes te cobran. Es un resort todo incluido no deberían cobrar extras y en si no pagas el extra no ves el personaje.

La playa

Atención muy irregular. Nunca rellenaban el minibar con agua, a pesar de solicitarlo en repetidas ocaciones. Falta atención y cuidado en los detalles, sobre todo en el servicio ( hay buena voluntad pero claramente no es consistente). Pasaba mucho tiempo esperando que limpiaran la mesa en el restaurante que es buffet.

I had a hard time getting in touch with the Resort to confirm my stay. Staff appears to be overworked. More staff is needed to accommodate so many families.

I liked the water park (although the music was incredibly loud) The interaction with the characters was nice, although we always felt rushed

1. It was incredibly dirty. Dinning room, pools and everything overall was not taken care properly. Disgusting dinning room. 2. Staff was incredibly rude all the time, we found only a couple of friendly people overall. Bad attitude, not willing to help or to bring anything to you. 3. All real interaction with characters is not included. You have to pay extra for everything. 4. The all inclusive is very misleading. I was denied a “Corona” basic beer, because I was supposed to pay extra for it. 5. Service is horrible, just a bad experience for everyone. This was general, not just a couple of random staff, but it seems is the culture of the service.

Customer service is terrible. Characters are VERY LIMITED. Only seen during paid events. Food is horrible. What 5 star resort has self-serve buffet? Only good food is at paid breakfast. All the restaurants are VERY SMALL AND BOOKED. Have to eat at buffet. Which is horrible.

The staff was welcoming, I loved the unlimited food and drinks, cleaning staff, the beauty and there was activities everyday

I didn’t like that club nick was only open from 12-2 for toddlers. They need an open play area gor Toddlers with unlimited time.

The facility, the and the all inclusive is a false advertisement

Kids club and the aqua nick were perfect for kids

Food was below average, Staff are very good only with tips
