Wifi was not working on the 2nd floor, staff didn’t speak english

One of the location had not the gym and restaurant so we have to move the first day to other point

Fantastic location, in the core of Polanco. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. Super safe & beautiful neighborhood. The staff at front desk were really friendly and helpful. Their personnel at the breakfast facilities were great with a lovely outdoor cafe.

They didn’t respect my reservation and I was moved to another place farther from my office, they assigned me to a room without balcony nor desktop as I had in my original reservation.

Breakfast was really good and the woman who served was ve et pleasant. The checkin staff seemed nice enough but were just overwhelmed with what to do.

This place was pretty expensive. Unless you pay double for an outside window the rooms overlook the central foyer. This means there is no darkness at night as they keep the lights on full. You also hear noise all night from reception and guests coming and going. Check in took an hour for us. With the desk making us go onto email to email the booking.com reference to them even though they had it on their own computer. They then tried to put us in a room behind reception - for $86/night. I asked for some water to fill my water bottle and they wanted 4 pesos.
