there was an unpleasant noise coming from the air ventilator when we set the mode to medium. it interrupts our sleep. However, we switched it back to high-speed mode then the noise disappeared.

the lagguage keeper is very nice and helpful. the room is clean and facility is great.

The front desk staff didn't smile and said no any greeting words when the pre-checkin, he is very serious.

Great location, clean and comfortable room.

$80+ breakfast for a me, my wife, and my 2 year old is a bit much. The food was great, but not $100 great.

A bit disappointing that I was not told in advance that the power was to be cut off to the whole building before midnight for 5 hours. We arrived late and flying from aus Waa still wide awake at that time and stuck sitting in the dark with no power.. could have at least offered discount or free breakfast for the inconvenience.. probably would have chosen another hotel if I was informed prior to arriving..
