Suprisnly good. Great sleep. Much quieter than some of the larger newer hotels. Everything was easy which was great.

Surprisingly quiet. Big bathrooms with nice products. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Not large rooms but fantastic for the price.

Little dodgy of neighbourhood but thar’s normal big city downtown. Pillows were to fat and a little hard.

Depuis plus d’un an je voyage aux USA et Canada, je n’ai jamais mis exceptionnel à un hôtel car ce n’est jamais parfait. Et je suis exigeante étant française et hôtelière restauratrice pour vous dire. Donc breakfast équilibré sain bon. Le restaurant est très bien. Chambre propre personnel très accueillant calme et poli. De plus je prends toujours les escaliers car j’aime faire de l’exercice et enfin un hôtel où les escaliers sont propres mais surtout décorés joliment. Car la plus part du temps c’est simple.

Location is very good. Breakfast is three options which was also good

I was expecting to see small ref. In the room. And to have tea/coffe and the Mattel in the bathroom near toilet is in hygynic. Please remove them and put them inside the bedroom, plenty of space and many discs.

For Japanese guests, it is recommended to offer rooms with bathtub.

Superb

The hotel and room were both very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our breakfast service was very slow and the orders were not correct. No big deal, just wasn't what we were expecting after such great service from the front desk.

A downtown hotel with lots of character

This was such a wonderful hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The room was modern with all the needed amenities. Plus, the location made it easy to access the waterfront and other parts of the city.

wonderful location and room very comfortable.

The room and the location were excellent. I did not have a view but room was very comfortable and bathroom superb! Loved the L'Occitane toiletries.

No view from my room Breakfast started at 6am so on my early departure I wish I could´ve been given the option of a snack to go.

small but cozy. some staff are nice; some staff are not.

staff are kind at the lobby and breakfast restaurant. breakfast restaurant was a gem. L’Occitaine amenities and Fiji water were very good. it is indeed a small hotel with a big heart.

I am changing my review a month after my stay. Bad customer service after having a difficult time to receive my invoice to submit to my company. One staff replied to my email without an attachment. The staff person who answered the phone was cranky and did not listened to what I was trying to say, cut my words, had no patience, and complained at me for missing part of my name that he cut while I was saying. Never had this kind of experience dealing with a cranky hotel staff.

We were only there for one night but everything was as good or better than we hoped for

The service at reception and at breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is well appointed, well maintained, and has had excellent upgrades in decor ...a feeling of old world class with a modern take. (I would love to have an ensuite like the one in our room in my home!) There was obviously great attention to security... which was appreciated considering the hotel location in downtown.

Not at all the fault of the hotel, but the approach to reception by car involves stopping in traffic. However, the bell hop was there immediately to greet us and direct us to the parking garage so that we could return to the lobby for check-in.

Great staff, especially the team of two men who greeted us on the first day. Good size of room and perfect location.

Room had a funny smell to it. Bathroom had no real heating and was quite cold. Breakfast was not for us (no real light/healthy options) , but here everyone is different,of course. Pillows were horribly high, but the receptionist helped me and found an alternative as fast as possible.

Lovely and just what we needed!

Great location, wonderful building updates and delicious breakfast! For a short stay, would recommend!

The electrical switches were funny / awkward in what they connected to within the room but might be expected from an older building.
