basement parking is difficult due to duct. it made difficult to park. it can hurt your car even if you follow cameras. it is also not comfortable to get out of car after parking staff is worst. that Asian guy is too too too rude. he doesn’t know how to deal with customers. he is too rude and doesn’t know hospitality business. i am just curious that why management is not taking action even after so many bad reviews about him on goggle. other people were good in hotel. mattress was poor quality. really hurting back .

Staff was very helpful . fast check in process as well as check out. Lots of parking available.
