Very comfortable stay in a good location and with good staff.

Employees are very nice and polite. Parking is free until about the evening time of the day of the checkout, which is very helpful since it seems difficult to find a parking in Banff.

The best cost benefit relation in Banff.

Great location. Hight quality on attendance mainly by Miss Elle, afternoon receptionist that provided many suggestions to enjoy Banff and other places. Wonderful customer oriented.

breakfast was instant oatmeal, toast, and cereal- not exactly fuel for big days in the nearby mountains. but if that doesn’t bother you, this place is awesome!

Fantastic stay within walk distance of amenities and ski bus right outside.

Lovely inn with fantastic staff. Always helpful and very accommodating. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

wonderful set up, unique but practical one bedroom set up that no where else offers that has a queen bed in living area,

clean and very bright in room, I love the extra light in room! window shades very effective in blocking light too, makes sleeping very comfortable.

Excellent value for money, helpful staff, high standards.

Clean, comfortable and accessible. The staff were very accommodating and polite, helping with all of our dumb English questions. Parking for our very large rental truck was out the back which actually worked out perfect for us as it was literally seconds from the room. Room was quiet with zero road noise. Housekeeping daily refreshed the rooms as required. Wifi perfectly acceptable. 5 mins walk from the start of the main drag. Would 100% stay again and happy to recommend. Pool and hot tubs made for a great perfect relaxation spot post a day on the slopes. Secure lockers for snowboarding kit was accessible and free.

Very good

Good size room, quiet room even though we were on the first floor facing the street. Room was clean. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free parking underground and above ground.

I found the bed too soft and the bathroom is pretty small. Dirt easily gets dragged from the door into the bathroom.
