For the $ value, this place had everything I needed. The internet service wasn't very good, as I kept getting kicked off, so I gave up. The restaurant there was wonderful. The young lady working and looking after our needs for breakfast was very pleasant and efficient. The food was also very, very good.

In the bathroom, there were towels but NO facecloths, which I have always needed and used. My husband was a little upset about the grounds being littered with garbage. especially when you drive in the right hand side to the back parking and entrance. It was terrible to see all the junk and garbage littering all along there. He felt they should spend time picking it up. Outside appearances are important. Also, the staff could spend just a few extra minutes to ensure the beds are properly made, as the bedskirts were tucked up under the mattress in places along the sides. Made for a sloppy appearance but all in all, it was a very clean room.

I was over charged. Booking.com quoted me a price of $124.86 The hotel billed me $175.00 I am furious over this. Someone owes me some money and until this is resolved, I am blaming both Days Inn and Booking.com Supposedly the balconies are locked for security reasons, but amazingly the people nextdoor had access (see photos).You can see their clothes on the railing. They were on the balcony at 230am

Hotel was adequate, staff were pleasant.

Bathroom needs some attention, toilet seat not bolted down properly, sink and tub drains were very slow to drain, hair dryer stopped working after a minute.

The pool wasn’t open, kinda the reason I booked the hotel was hoping for a hot tub atleast, we were in the centre of the hotel kinda thing so having to park the car away from the room…

Location just off the 401 was ideal for an overnight as I continued on my way

The smell! Obviously, my room had been used by smokers and it stank. The Inn itself is tired, needs an overhaul, fresh paint and tri pieces finished. Bu even vacuuming the hall carpets would go a long way to improving the overall cleanliness. Staff were very good, helpful.

Great stay kids liked the restaurant attached to the hotel room was nice and clean

Hotel was under renovations and the room next to us was being renovated so kinda noisy with all the work being done. Would of been nice if we had a room that wasn't beside a room under construction

Stayed mid-week for a day to attend a gymnastics competition. The front desk was very helpful to explain where certain landmarks of interest were. He also put the other party attending the competition in the room beside us for convenience. Simple and short to find from the 401, and is located in a nice area.. Short walking distance to essential places like: groceries, the mall, coffee, restaurants, etc. Facility is older; however, the beds were great, rooms were clean, the wifi worked, and I received a great price! Would stay again.

Nothing.literally nothing. It was that bad. I'm not one to normally complain but this was supposed to be a trip to figure out my wife's cancer and we couldn't even get comfortable in the room it was so bad.

Everything about this place made my and my husband's skin crawl. I can stay in a dive if it's clean but man everything had a film on it from it not being cleaned properly. Also seen bugs in the dresser drawer. The door to get outside was right beside our room and it was slamming shut anytime anybody would open it so it was VERY loud. We canceled our 2nd night because we literally couldn't get comfortable here. Also in the hallway some staff left a bunch of full garbage bags in the hallway overnight and it was creating a fowl smell at the entrance to our room. Very disappointed as we were here for my appointment to figure out my cancer diagnosis (which is a time i should be comfortable). Please do yourself a favour and stay else where this was BAD.
