Exceptional

Friendly staff at front desk who immediately signed us up for Hilton Honours, had us in room within 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Great comfy beds a full complimentary breakfast. Breakfast staff to truly showed exceptional respect for guests. Dulce and Elsie great receptionist. Checking out excellent

No issues to bring up. Maybe more lighting in parking lot in case of breakins that are prevalent in London but we had no issues

It I was wonderful

Excellent Close to restaurants , shopping, water park or flying squirrel

Nothing I didn’t like but a hot tub would have been wonderful after a day of walks no although pool was warm

The breakfast is so cheap me and daughter had a first morning,the second morning we went somewhere,it so bad not have any other choice, I think you should not say breakfast included and make customer happy to get free but terrible foods thank you

Breakfast have to improve more choice ,and new bed I slept on the old bed that sink on the middle not comfortable

I love it

Good location! close to shopping ,restaurants and highways. The swimming pool room was in nice temperature, the towels for the pool were provided. very clean and organized. there is a small gym next door. the bedroom very comfortable and clean. the breakfast very good and varying from one day to the other.

The staff were exceptional,Ken at the front desk was really helpful getting our whole party together on the same floor, everyone at this hotel catered to any requests very promptly

Amazing, relaxing and awesome stay!

I loved everything about the hotel. Though I was there for just a a night but, it was an amazing stay. will definitely come back another time.

There wasn't anything in particular that I did not like. It was a great experience for me.

would stay again but I would bring my own pillow

clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location on the highway, mattress comfortable

Not enough towels, pillows are very uncomfortable woke up to a sore neck, flat and unsupportive. Very noisy heater that turns on and off continuously and makes it difficult to sleep through.

it could have been a lot better, I’ve stayed here before and it met my expectations then but not this time.

room was big and spacious and the shower was decent

no safe for valuables charged extra 50 even tho we get it back to use the safe down at the desk

The staff, room were amazing. The bed so comfy as well

Noise from kids running up and down the hallway and the stairway next my room at all hours of the night and Morning. Also not the maybe shows of TV that people watch.

I would stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean. There was a great night light attached to the lamp next to the bed. It was great! I wish all hotels had that feature! The complimentary breakfast was also good.
