The room is spacious and clean. Mostly it's quiet.

Very very clean, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised for a dorm room. Would definitely stay there again and the price was great.

Absolutely everything. I was pleasantly surprised, being a dormitory, the space for price was ideal. Clean, the roominess. Even the beds I found comfortable.

It was a little confusing to find once on the campus but that's no one's fault.

Location and privacy, we also love the green field and provided facilities except hard to find by Uber and Car rental person. The building name should be larger and no grass cover so pick up person can see easily.

It was a college dorm, and it was as expected.

TV did not work.

LOTS of space. Seperate dining/lounge area with large kichenette. Clean, and confortable. Lots of storage and hanging space. Bedroom has a desk and comfy chair.

Postal code in Booking.com does not match address. But that is how Fanshawe College rolls, and the people I talked to did not see any issue. Should you manage to arrive at the correct campus, it is difficult to locate the building. NB:Merlin House gps co-ordinates are N43.014923 W081.201654 Was given a 4 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor - each bedroom has a lock - so if you step out to the washroom, you have to take your key with you, or leave the door open. Luckily, reception is open 24hrs, and I had some clothing in the living area.

I have mobility issues and the parking was a distance from the room. Pillows were thin. We were not aware we had to bring dishes, kettle etc. to use during our stay.
