Location of places was great

Mold on bathroom walls friends whom came went threw 3 rooms prior to our arrival one bed broken

Cheap, close to stuff, quiet, warm, tv was good, accepts debit, double lock,

Bathtub was not functional, taps were wearing out, drain was on opposite side of taps, wifi was slow, got rushed by cleaner, not many pillows, floor was lifting, stains on toilet, chair

Very curteous staff , I slept through my alarm and they were very generous in giving me time to pack up and leave without charging me a fee

Great value for the price ..quiet and clean.

The gentalman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. The room was easy to find and access with parking right outside the door. It seems like there is a playground for children in the summer time.

The room was extremely small and dirty to the point the pillowcases on the bed looked unwashed and dirt stained.. The shower was in horrible condtion and there was what looked to be black mold in the grout. The people in the room next door were extremely loud and had theirTV blasting at ALL hours with absolutely no regard for the other people staying there.

The cute park was the most fun the kids had at that place.

The room was absolutely FREEZING. I hadn't realized before I booked that it was further from niagara so we stayed in that night, random cars coming through the parking lot. Dude at the counter closed up early so I couldn't say anything about the heat. Blankets were terrible. It's like sleeping on plastic. My curtains had holes in them which the parking lot lights shined in lol looked creepy. Also, my kids went to sit on the bed and the whole things shifted to the wall, beds were definitely questionable. Was not a comfy stay dude also charged me 45 for an extra bed, like what the hell? I also checked in at 8pm and the place was dead as ever so i didnt see the need to charged that much, which he initally told me it was 30, so thats nice. Will NEVER come back here.

Location is easy to find.

Washroom is too dated and small crawling insects are on the floor, didn't sleep coz I'm worried for my kids to get those bugs in there ears. We stayed at room 11 to be particular.

The location to the Niagra Falls tourist area wasn't too bad. The pool area was ok; the water was clean and it was of a nice size.

The deceiving photographs of this property shouldn't be allowed on any booking site. My husband and I had a room that had blue walls, a whitish ceiling with water circles and a new floor that when you walked across it the filth turned your feet black. The bed was as hard as a rock. The two chairs were both stained. The dust in the room on the lamp and tables was thick enough to write your name in. The bathtub was built up, making it hard for a person with bad knees to get into. The stool had issues and you had to flush it three to four times to get toilet paper to go down. The gaps along the boards were filled with spray foam that hadn't been trimmed and we're painted over. The bathroom window wouldn't lock, so anybody could access the inside of the room from the back side of the property. My husband and I had a metal cup that we set up on the window seal to create a window jam. The air conditioner was turned off in the room when we arrived at 7:00 in the evening and it took over 5 hours to cool the room. The outside of the hotel appears to be running down. Around the trash bin looks like a junkyard. The owner is a very indifferent individual; definitely not a people person, he might want to reconsider speaking down to the customers or find another profession.

The shower was broken it would turn on non stop while the water was running and spray the kids in the face and the fridge was broken

Thé pool was very good and clean . Thé barbecue stuff was very new and clean. Micro wave and other facilities worked well . The dishes was complete. It was totally very comfortable.

The flush didn’t work properly. The furniture was a little old .
